Small cosy hotel, quite central in Milan. We walked everywhere without a problem (approx 20min to big shopping area). Nice neighborhood with a lot of restaurants. Rooms are small but clean and functional. Nice breakfast. For cars higher than 2.3m you need to stay in the garage across the street, 50euro/24h (or in the street).

Very Friendly hotel with traditional style decor. Slept well in room at back, quiet, beds very comfortable. Nice outside garden area. Easiest for location: direct bus from / to station or Linate airport. Tram stop nearby directly to D’uomo in 10 mins. Nice area lots of places to eat and do some shopping. Wi-Fi good too.

Great location with secured parking in a parking garage (for 25,00 EUR per day). Only 10min walk to Duomo Cathedral and City center. Good breakfast and good coffee. Helpful staff, who speak good English. Comfortable bed and room big enough. A bit outdated but clean.
A bit outdated. The bathroom needs a renovation (they are doing renovations now).

The ancient type of furniture was beautiful. The location is reachable to the cathedral but a bit far for us as we did not expect to walk that distance.
The hotel does not provide iron for our clothes.

This is obviously a family run business and that is reflected in the friendly and helpful staff, particularly in the breakfast room where they were happy to chat and give advice. Italian first, English and Spanish as required. The location was surprisingly good, being close to areas like Via Mozart, the local shopping areas along Via Premuda and lovely local restaurants in Via Pietro Calvi (and nearby) which also has a market on a Thursday. Easy metro access at Piazza Tricolore for Il Duomo, Castello, Brera although walking is also readily doable in 20 minutes.

Italian style, furniture witch is great. Very clean and nice hotel. The guys from reception was very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a parking hall 100 m away, for 25 euros/day, which is very convenient.
Breakfast was good, but for example, the scrambled eggs and the somon was finished and they didn’t bothered to filled again ,even if was plenty of time before breakfast time ended.

Aircone and sound insulation are not 4star hotel level. Compared what we paid for night value is not correct at all.

Beautiful hotel with nice decor. Staff was excellent. Very accommodating, informative, and brought a sense of humor.
Buffet breakfast was delicious too.
Air conditioning was not working well the night we were there. They had repairmen working on it. It took a long time for the room to cool down. Rooms were smaller than expected but well appointed and comfortable.

Upon arriving at the hotel we were greeted by Massimo who was very accommodating in as much as he allowed us to check in a little earlier, gave us some very good info/map of where to visit whilst in Milan. Breakfast was excellent and very entaintaining with Basil Faulty as out waiter!!

excellent staff, excellent breakfast and location. very clean, beautiful breakfast room, attentive service at the front desk. very nice garden room, with tables and chairs to have breakfast or food you can buy next door at the supermarket
the room and bathroom are small, but that is a common occurrence in Europe. can’t compare to the US

Quiet at night.
High ceilings
Room was tiny! Barely space to open a medium sized luggage on the floor. Only enough room in the shower to stand, not enough to raise your arms comfortably. Water pressure was terrible. Toilet was archaic and functioned with a weak flush that you turned like a dial.
Not clean - mould in bathroom. Felt itchy at night from the sheets and woke with three red sores on my body - bed bugs?!
Light fixture by the bed was unscrewed and half-hanging off the wall. Kept flashing on and off if you moved it.
Decor was very dated. I booked it thinking the decor would be older but charming but it was in fact just dated.
A/C did not work in winter and as a result the room was very stuffy.
Location is not great - a solid 20min walk to reach the Duomo through streets clogged with traffic, very narrow pedestrian walkways etc. Not an enjoyable walk
Would not recommend this place to stay. Save your money and book another place!

Room was a little on the small side but very short stay in Milan so wasn’t a huge issue for us.

We had an amazing time in Hotel Vittoria. Our room was cozy, quiet and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Great location - we could walk everywhere but there are tram stops or bus stops close to hotel. Big breakfast with gluten free options! I would definitely choose this hotel again.

Everything was just perfect. Beautiful, clean and spacious room with a nice bathroom. The breakfast was one of the best we had in years of traveling. The receptionists were so helpful and kind and they even managed to give us breakfast before the start of it because we had an early excursion. We attended also a live music event with two lovely ladies playing piano and singing. The hotel is just 20 minutes walk to the Duomo and the surrounding is full off all amenities like restaurants, shops, supermarkets etc. We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The hotel location is great to visit best attractions in Milan we did it all by walking. The staff in the hotel could not be kinder. special thanks to Federicca who was incredibly helpful and never even accepted a tip! We arrived too early and exhausted from Budapest after almost 15h in a bus and so we were given an early check in for free thanks to that we had plenty of time to get ready refreshed and get out to discover Milan. the first room had a problem in the door system so we were given a second room where the heating was a bit noisy. we asked the staff to check while we were away and when we returned we had the surprise of an upgrade room where the heating was perfect. the room was number 26 and I dont know the normal rate for it as I had booked the cheapest one but next time this is definitely the room I will book. everything from the fantastic shower to all the room & bathroom amenities the bed the towels the linen the temperature the space the decoration simply PERFECT. breakfast was included and delicious all fresh and many options and served by the kindest staff ever. we have been travelling for 5 weeks around Europe and this hotel was by far our favourite choice!
nothing! everything was perfect! my “home” in Milan from now on! GRAZIE

Loved the gorgeous lounge downstairs and the breakfast had an exceptional selection.
The size of my room. (Room #34) Very minimal room to move around, very little floor space, nowhere to set your luggage. Even if you’re traveling with just one large suitcase you will have nowhere to put it except on the floor in front of the closet which of course means you’ll have to push it out of the way to access the closet. No shelf in the bathroom to set things, just the sink which had just enough room for toothbrush and toothpaste. If you’re a couple with more than a very small suitcase or backpack each, ask for a different room and find out what the dimensions are before committing to a zero-refund agreement.

Breakfast was very enjoyable. The decor was lovely.
The gentleman that booked us in wasn't very welcoming. Room was quite small and the shower could do with a deep clean. Grout was discoloured and around the door.
