Food, room, spa were all excellent. Bed was very comfortable and luxurious. Stunning gardens. Kudos to the breakfast team for providing numerous alternatives for those with food intolerances. Staff were exceptional, especially at check in, they took the time to think about why the guests were staying and how to make that even better.
It’s very hard to find fault with a hotel that pays so much attention to the small details.

Very comfortable. Great spa - never too busy. Relaxed, efficient restaurant. Lovely sitting rooms for pre-dinner drinks etc.

Great room with comfortable bed, good size pool and experience showers, excellent location. The food at dinner and breakfast was exceptionally good - portion sizes just right. Felt spoiled and loved the extra touches such as apples at the front door from the orchard.
This stay is on the expensive side, but you definitely don't feel ripped off. We couldn't afford to do this regularly, but for special occasions it was worth splashing out.

We liked the hotel and grounds. The staff on reception were helpful and friendly. The restaurant was large and comfortable. The food was very good with enough choice. The pool and spa were very nice. Our room was large and had all of the facilities needed.
Unfortunately the beds gave me terrible back ache. The bathroom could have been cleaner. Some of the seats in the restaurant are back to back and my husband experienced the person behind kicking and shaking his seat throughout his dinner. Service could have been better in the evening.
