Lovely cute little yurt. Very cosy and plenty of wood supplies for the stove to keep us warm even though it was -4

Road was a little noisy. Would have been nice to have milk supplies with complementary tea and coffee.

We really enjoyed our time spent in the yurt. It was located in small woodland which although was close to the road it still felt like we were away from it. It’s an ideal location as it’s also close by to a few shops if you do want to cook for yourself whilst there. The yurt was comfortable and spacious which made a big difference to our stay as we took our dog. The log fire was a great addition to the yurt and even better that you were able to cook in it. There was a kettle and toaster in our yurt including plates and cutlery which was great as we didn’t take our own. There’s also a sink and fridge area outside which you can use if needed. Although the bathroom is a very short walk away it isn’t an issue and is easy accessible. Our time in the yurt was short and comfortable, we really enjoyed staying and would love to go again. The host was extremely helpful and friendly which made the stay even better!

We loved using the wood burner and bbq as live in the middle of town with not much space. I loved everything about this place and we are already looking at dates to come back.

I honestly cannot think of one thing I didn’t like.

It exceeded all of my expectations. The yurt is comfortable, warm and so beautifully decorated. Nicola has been a dream host who arranged everything perfectly for my mums birthday and was so helpful throughout our stay. We will be back.

Gingerbread Cottage Yurts totally exceeded our expectations! The location is incredible, the yurt itself is gorgeous, the hosts were so warm and friendly, and the experience was such great value for money.

Beautiful place, friendly owners, lovely and clean, gorgeous wood burning stove, ancient woods to explore, really comfy bed.

Noisy traffic from the road. Cold at night when the fire went out. Could do with a small fridge inside the yurt as it’s self-catering.

The yurts are incredible, set in a beautiful wooded spot with huge amazing trees! There is lots of room and the yurts are furnished perfectly with a very stylish vintage taste. We loved everything about our stay, the owners couldn’t possibly have been anymore welcoming, and we had everything we needed. It was a perfect break in a perfect setting.

Absoloutly amazing, stayed here foe my wedding night and it was stunning, fairy lights everywhere outside a gorgeous warm yurt, beautifully decorated, staff was welcoming and even got us a wedding card, so sweet! We cannot wait to stay here again!

Maybe some citronella candles or something similar to help keep the bugs out, as my Husband did get a few gnat bites

I loved everything about the property, the welcome, the communication, the view, the setting, the facilities, just everything!

There wasn’t a single thing I disliked! The only thing I would say is bring a water carrier to keep some water in the Yurt.

Our hosts Nicola and Kevin, we’re very helpful and friendly. Location is wonderful, especially looking out into the woods. Facilities were great, really clean and toiletries were all available. The Yurt was a lot bigger than we expected, lots of space and really well equipped, the log burner made it really toasty and warm, it was a lovely experience!

As far as we’re concerned, we enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Shower and toilet were clean.

Fridge dirty not good to put food in freezer still had old food in.only cooking facility was barbecue. Rats in yurt after food. Road very noisy even at night.

Me and a friend stayed at the weekend and it was literally magical. The hosts were so welcoming and thought of everything, even having a jar of fresh milk for our tea in the morning and the bbq ready to go. The yurt and bathroom facilities were super clean and the location was beautiful. A magical stay for girlie nights or romantic ones. Would definitely recommend and will be coming back!

The only point to make if I had to was the fact there is a main road quite close and you could hear cars going by

Gorgeous luxury yurt in woodland. There was so much attention to detail here! The showers were excellent too, very modern, super clean and hot. Bbq was clean and shiny as well. Hosts were very attentive and thorough.

The scenery was beautiful & the hosts were so attentive and friendly! Nothing was too much trouble! Close to the house but felt like a mile away. Had your own space & the decor was incredible. Would highly recommend this stay to everyone!

EVERYTHING!! Such a pretty location, fabulous comfortable cosy yurts. Spotlessly clean. Very nice bathroom facilities. No TV, min wi fi, bliss TOTAL relaxation. Just what we needed after a busy few days.

Nothing if being picky traffic noise could disturb some.

Such a beautiful place, very relaxing.
