Excellent food, room was spotless.
The air conditioning has been set to run on a timer for 30 minutes only until you turn back on again. No good if you want AC on at night.

Staff here are just so friendly and helpful.
Nasty nescafe coffee in the rooms compared to excellent coffee in the bar etc. This always comes across as cheap when everything else seems pretty good. Same goes for any hotel tbh.

Location (close to Snetterton circuit). Staff were friendly. Bed was comfortable.
Bathroom didn't look completely clean, blind in bathroom needed replacing. Breakfast room wasn't set up for breakfast and seemed soulless. It was a litlle wait for breakfast. They got our orders wrong the first time. Second time the eggs were slightly overcooked. It may not have been very busy and I am all for reducing food waste but the experience left us underwhelmed.

All the staff that I came in contact with were brilliant, all were cheerful and polite and made me feel very welcome.
The breakfast was great.
The first evening meal I had was ok, but the carvery that I had the second evening was much better.

I booked a twin room for 2 adults with breakfast only to be told when we went for breakfast only 1 comes with the booking that’s for 2 adults !!
