When we came to the hotel and for the next few days we thought that we will give it a great opinion as we found this *** hotel pleasant and worth its price.

However the last day proved to be a total failure. The air conditioning stopped working at 2 p.m. and some guys came to fix it however nothing changed. The air was blowing like there was a fan on not the air conditioning. Ok we managed to survive the night and we went to the reception early morning to ask if we could stay until 2p.m. Instead of 12 as the usual check out is. The receptionist went to the manager and he agreed but said that each additional hour costs 10€! We were really disgusted because the air conditioning wasn’t working and we just asked for two more hours as our flight was at 5 and there was no point sitting at the airport. Not to mention that the manager didn’t come to talk to us (as he was extremely busy) and everything was just said through the receptionist. We told them that we agree to pay 10€ for each additional hour if they agree to pay us back 10€ for each hour that air con wasn’t working because we paid for the air-conditioned room. In each situation you should just be a human being - we only asked for two additional hours and not a ride to Mount Everest. We came to the hotel at 2a.m. even that the hotel day started at 2p.m. the previous day, we ate lunch in the hotel restaurant each day so we also left the money there, not to mention the broken air-conditioning which is a vital point in the temperature of 34 degrees. We wouldn’t feel that bad if the manager came to say sorry or just came to talk to us and not treated us as trash. Was he afraid to talk to us??? I will inform the booking.com about the situation as I find it unacceptable.

מלון חמוד ונחמד במיקום מעולה. הילדים בני העשרה נהנו מגישה מיידית לטיילת, למסעדות ולשחיה בים. הפסיליטציה סטנדרטית, הכל נוח, נקי ומסודר. לא בסגנון של בתי המלון הגדולים של "הכל כלול" הנמצאים מעט רחוק יותר מזרחה על חופי הים, מקום יותר קונבנציונלי. הבנות בקבלה היו מאד נחמדות ומאד עזרו בכל מה שהיה צריך. בריכה קטנה יחסית, אבל עמוקה ומספיקה לגמרי. ארוחת בוקר מספקת. המזגנים בחדרים מצוינים.

כמו בקפריסין, ממעטים בשימוש במזגן, גם בחדר האוכל וגם לעתים בלובי. בקיץ היה חם והיה עדיף שקצת פחות יתקמצנו על החשמל...

Locatia excelenta, curatenie si personal amabil. Foarte ok!

Hôtel très confortable et cosy, de taille humaine, joli jardin où prendre le petit déjeuner. Situation parfaite en plein centre ville et à deux pas du port et des plages, beaucoup de commerces, bars et restaurants agréables alentour. Personnel accueillant et sympathique.

Les chambres de l’annexe où nous logions donnent sur une rue très animée (bars de nuit) donc très bruyant : boules quies indispensables pour dormir donc.

It is located in the city center and not far from the beaches.

Not that clean and the breakfast is so poor. Also, they mention a shuttle from the airport but when we asked they told us to take the bus.

Breakfast was suitable to start the day. Excellent location that was within walking distance of many attractions. Thought the street traffic was going to be an issue but the room mostly shut out the noise.

Check in person could have been a little more friendlier. She was all business.

The location is very central and the pool is quite nice

We were in a very modern room but I guess not all rooms had been renovated
