Apartamento, situado dentro del complejo Playa Bastian, un sitio residencial en primera línea ideal para familias y parejas. Casas Verdes tiene piscinas comunitarias privadas, solo accesibles para residentes. El apartamento y el complejo cuenta con WIFI. El complejo Playa Bastian en sí tiene 4 piscinas en total, 2 con bares en la piscina. Una playa de arena con instalaciones está a 200 metros de distancia, no hay caminos para cruzar. Hay varios restaurantes, bares, bancos y tiendas cerca. El centro de Costa Teguise con más tiendas / playas está a 10 minutos a pie a lo largo de un amplio paseo pavimentado (hermosas vistas). El paseo marítimo se extiende por aproximadamente 2 millas a ambos lados de Costa Teguise, un hermoso paseo a cualquier hora del día. Incluso tiene máquinas de ejercicios para que cualquiera pueda usar (¡mira la foto!). Hay un autobús regular a la capital, Arrecife. Desde allí también se puede visitar otras partes de la isla en autobús. El aeropuerto está a solo 20 minutos en taxi. Los traslados en minibús se pueden organizar antes de la llegada, descubrimos que cuesta solo 20 euros para un traslado de retorno de hasta 4 personas en un minibús compartido, sin esperar en el aeropuerto.

We had a lovely stay at this property and Catherine was a very helpful host and accommodated all the questions I had. The apartment has everything you need to travel light, it is spacious and is well placed for a lovely small beach equipped with sunbeds (12 Euros per 3 beds and parasol), WC and shower and for the main town. We hired a car and this was fantastic, we got a little lost finding the actual complex but we found it in the end. The newly fitted kitchen is lovely and has almost everything you need for self catering, I would recommend a bread knife and some other knives other than steak knives.
Whilst the apartment does not have AC using the windows at the front and back creates a lovely draft along with the stand alone fan.
The patio is lovely and has a prime spot for the pool area which again is lovely and has plenty of sunbeds for use.
Overall we enjoyed our stay here and the only criticism would be that it is a little outdated other than the kitchen.
We would recommend this apartment.

We had a lovely week in this apartment - our 3rd visit! Very clean and well equipped for a week in the sun. Location is excellent for a quiet and relaxing holiday but with all facilities close by. Plenty of restaurants to try and small supermarkets. Beautiful pool area well kept, as is the whole site. Easy parking. We love the place!

The apartment itself is lovely, clean and has everything you need and more. Very comfortable beds. Communication with the host was excellent after booking.
We loved the location - a short 10-15 min walk away from the main centre of Costa Teguise with plenty of bars and restaurants close by.
We hired a car during our stay and never had any issues parking at the apartment.
Will definitely book again and very much looking forward to returning. Thank you!

We had a lovely holiday, from start to finish. A quick cab journey from the airport to the apartment, Catherine gave us all details of what to expect and even provided coffee and milk on arrival. We had everything we needed from bed linen to towels and info on where to find everything. The apartment was lovely and clean . The pool was extremely cold however it was very clean and the whole grounds very well mantained. The beach was on the doorstep and myself and my husband who are runners enjoyed running along the promenade which is on the doorstep. We would def book again in the future.

We had a great week again in this lovely apartment. The weather was great and the location of the apartment was perfect for us. The apartment is well equipped and comfortable with everything you could need for a week in the sun in Lanzarote.
The lovely terrace leads out to the pool area which is beautifully kept and which in April was very quiet - we almost had it to ourselves! There are plenty of good restaurants within a short walk but our favourite was No.10
We look forward to returning again next year.

We had a great week again in this lovely apartment. The weather was great and the location of the apartment was perfect for us. The apartment is well equipped and comfortable with everything you could need for a week in the sun in Lanzarote.
The lovely terrace leads out to the pool area which is beautifully kept and which in April was very quiet - we almost had it to ourselves! There are plenty of good restaurants within a short walk but our favourite was No.10

Excellent
The apartment is very well situated for local bars, restaurants and supermarket. It’s easy to get into town. And very cheap for Taxi’s or the bus. The only thing missing is a laundry basket. But apart from that it is very well equipped.

Relaxing Holiday
Lovely apartment very well equipped excellent communication with the owners who have been marvellous moving dates for us due to Covid travel ban shame it was only for a week but we’ve booked to come again. !!!

A great break!
We stayed in the apartment for a week at the end of November beginning of December last year, I have to say it was the nicest place we have stayed in, on the Playa Bastian complex, and we have stayed at a few. The apartment was exactly as described and is bigger than it looks in the photo's. It had all you needed for your holiday and communication with Catherine was excellent, despite the fact that they were in the process of moving house! I would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arose.

Lovely apartment within a really nice complex. Communal pool is immediately outside the patio area making it very easy to pop in and out or to even keep an eye on the children whilst enjoying your coffee from your private patio.

Lovely apartment in a great position.
We spent a great week in March at this lovely apartment. It was very quiet, well equipped and just right for us. We loved being able to walk straight out to the beautifully kept pool area and being able to sit in the sun in peaceful surroundings.
The apartment was very well equipped and maintained. Comfortable beds and a good shower. The welcome pack was much appreciated and a nice touch. Location was good too - some great restaurants only a short walk away and not too busy an area which is what we prefer. We did have a car but there were plenty of buses and another time we probably wouldn’t bother. Car parking was good too as we were able to leave it just behind the apartment where there was plenty of space.
If we return to Lanzarote next year we will definitely be looking to book again! Thank you very much Catherine and Mark 😊

Very clean, lovely patio with outdoor eating! Private with lovely views.
Kitchen is well equipped. Apartment very clean! Outdoor patio with dining facilities, lovely views. Good size swimming pool although not heated! Plenty of storage space in the bedroom. The only observation to make is that the bed closest to the bathroom could do with a new mattress! Would happily recommend this apartment!

14 Casa Verdes
The apartment was lovely. It was very well situated and had all the essentials available. We really enjoyed our stay there.
The patio was great but it would have been better for us if there were more comfortable chairs to lounge in ( we were too old to get on and off the loungers by the pool ).
Also, and it was probably the same for all the other units on the site, but we had to kill cockroaches nearly every day - not nice.
