The breakfast were very nice and pretty good choice of food and drinks.

There was nothing both of us did not like. For three star hotel I think it is pretty impressive. We loved the room and the bathroom. Comfy beds, lovely staff… shame we couldn’t stay long as we had to go back to UK. Hopefully next year

Not alot to like about this Hotel!

The room was very very small, we asked for more pillows, apparently there was none available in the whole hotel which seems a bit unusual. The room was very noisey with the sounds of the drunken people from the restaurant below going to the toilet until the early hours of the morning. We booked the restaurant in the hotel, what a mistake that was, no one spoke english, got our order completely wrong, thought we were stupid, when we complained, about getting one piece of fish on a plate between two of us and the rest of the meal came only when we asked if there was more to come, which was about 20 minutes later. We just left. They expected us to pay full price for a meal we did not have!! If you are driving to Sora, do not go to this hotel or restaurant, especially if you only speak english!!!

Historic Building a bit out of town. I could already check-in at 10am as the room was already free - very nice.

There is a Restaurant / Event Hall beside the Hotel which seems to be used for Marriages, Events etc. Therefore could get a bit loud on the weekends (as in my case). Wasn't too bad however !

The staff was very helpful and friendly we had an issue with the plumbing in our shower right away they tried to fix as well Anthony gave us a another room almost immediately the 3 ladies cleaning the rooms also very friendly and asked us if there was anything we needed we will definitely recommend the hotel

The staff were very welcoming but the restaurant was closed for a private function. Antonio helped us find a local pizzeria and sorted out some drinks for us as everywhere seemed to be closed on a Sunday evening. Breakfast was a good cold buffet.

The food in the restaurants was super good, any of the options was was very tasty. The staff was very helpful and super friendly.

Wifi was not good in my room and slow. Equipment in the room could be improved. Locations of the plugs is not very useful.

Easy location to find. Sat outside in comfortable outdoor seating. Room large with good facilities. Very good shower. Breakfast was very good. Friendly staff.

We didn't eat out so not sure about local restaurants. There was one next door but think it had a function on when we were there.

Bed was comfortable and shower facilities were easy to use and clean Complimentary slippers and shower caps are always a kind bonus

Breakfast options are very limited although I understand its a covid service. The rooms feel quite dark and no kettle was a bit disappointing. Wardrobe space is also small and hangers provided should be uniform and not old random hangers left behind by guests!

The staff were very helpful and polite. The shower was amazing, my favourite part of my stay. Breakfast was good, I appreciated the options that were available to me as someone who is lactose intolerant and doesn't eat pork, I still had a lot to choose from. The person running the front desk would make tea in the breakfast hall in the mornings. I would feel like a nuisance for asking him to make me something but he would oblige and he was really great. He also helped me plan my route to Rome and allowed me to check out a little later to coincidence with my transport.

The heating in my room didn't seem to work on my last night. It didn't have to aircon like units like the other rooms. I did wake up with a little head cold but the groggy feeling had left by the time I had breakfast and enjoyed my shower.

I loved how I was welcomed. I was treated well from check in right through to check out. The place was clean and they cleaned it daily when I was out of the room. we went for a wedding and it was so easy to get to the main hall for the ceremony. we were served at our breakfast buffet. I forgot my purse when checking out and when I returned they had explained they were trying to call me.

Hotel was clean, and our room and bathroom was clean. I was worried initially because the hotel looks dated, but I was pleasantly surprised.

The breakfast as far as I am concerned was non existent. The cakes were nice. They have croissants, but only saw two one of the days; breads and biscuits. You can also ask for tea, coffee or hot chocolate which wasn't very hot.

We stayed here on a Saturday night and asked for a table in the restaurant. The hotel is quite a way (3kms?) outside of Sora - which we did not find such a pleasant town, but in fairness we drove in during the afternoon when it was pretty much closed. The hotel hosts many events on a Saturday night, as we discovered. We were quite amused seeing the antics of the guests - although the experience in the restaurant was a little 'different' - it certainly wasn't a quiet romantic dinner. But eh staff were friendly and the meal was fine - we didn't feel the service was hampererd with all the other things which were happening!! The hotel is an honest, overnight stay sort of place, clean and everything works. The description gives the impression of lovely mountain views and possibly somewhere more grand than it actually is. Yes there are mountains, but Olimpus is situated on a busy main road and that's pretty much what gives it its ambiance, not the mountains which are several kms away. It was very good value for money and fine for one night.

We might have been informed we would share the restaurant with two separate events - and a third upstairs somewhere (although the hotel did try to give us a room away from the action!)

Nice, large and clean room on the foot of the nearby mountains. Friendly staff Better breakfast than you expect from an Italian hotel.

Quite a bit of noice from the road in front of the hotel. With the shudders and the windows closed you don’t really hear the traffic though. You need your own transportation to get to the center of the town. Water disappeared from the facets in the night, so I had to drink the water from the minibar. I also had to pay for the water, which I think should have been on the hotel...

Made you feel at home

A lovely hotel it was quiet when we stayed just after new year but staff went above and beyond nothing was to much trouble. Antonella is great, we visit sora often and I would definitely stay again
