the location was good

the check in process was confusing, only cash was accepted, the room was not ready when it was supposed to be, the air conditioner did not work correctly, the person that communicates with you is not the same person that receives you in the front o f the building.

This is not an apartment. It is a very small studio room without even a sofa. Miniscule bathroom with a small shower stall which flooded the floor every time I used it. Photos of the sea view are deceptive in that they have been cropped to cut out the two buildings either side The balcony was OK but balconies from the next door hotel looked straight onto into giving no privacy at all Noise from the outside corridor was loud in the morning. I questioned the size of the 'apartment' as it felt so tiny and was told it was 28 sq.m. - but that included the balcony. I had planned to extend my stay but couldn't wait to leave.

İ love it when women are in administration & staff. You can see it in the cleanliness & positivity. The owner was so kind&nice. The apartment is just couple of steps away from the sea.

There is no elevator, but its ok.

Hospitality and help from the owner did not meet my expectations. Parking area is not reasonable location, I was about to get penalties charges from police, all the cars behind the apartment, block the exit and had so much stress solving out issues for parking, while I was guest in hotel.

Great location - beach just a cross the street. Clean room plus room was cleaning every day. There was aircondition and balcony (no view, but you don't need it if you can just go out and be on the beach).

No elevator, so little bit workout to sometimes go few times per day on 4th floor or higher 😅

Clean rooms and bonus free washing service.

The mosque is within hearing distance, so you will be woken at 4am by the call to prayer everyday

I liked everything. The staff was super polite and careful. The room was in excellent condition, with all facilities and amenities. Very clean and well maintained. The location was exceptional, just 10 meters from the main square and 50 meters from the anchor (limani). I will stay here again for sure and every time I will be in Saranda.

Nothing at all. I have only a suggestion to provide some shampoos in the shower stand.

We where late for the check in because of the traffic from Tirana , they gave the room away even though I had mentioned on booking.com that I would be checking in from 11:00-23:00 . We had to stay in a very bad and dirty hotel for a night after 8 hours travel from Amsterdam and 7 hours of traveling from Tirane , till the next day that we could get the room we booked. The owner tried to find a solution but that cost me and my family unnecessary stress to start our holidays.

The place was quiet and the view from the balcony was very nice 👌The location is perfect for the evening walk by the seaside. The owner Liza was very friendly. The place was sparkling clean (was cleaned every day).

The fridge didn't work when you remove the room card.

Cleanness .. the clean smell is in everywhere. Furniture, bathroom is very newly. Staff is very friendly. The owner is very lovely helpful and has a very good smile. Location is in front of Sarande public beach.. Infront of the walking area besides all café and restaurants. Sarande is a very good place for who loves the night life. Beach is ok.. Without any charges.. You can bring your own umbrella and towels or a sheets to laying on.

Nothing in the room.. But the area is very crowded and no places for parking my car and the streets are very narrow.
