The heater was on when we got there and the jumping pillow facilities were top notch

We stayed in a cottage and it was very spacious with kitchen including oven and full size fridge. Loved the gas fireplace which made it very cosy! The park is very neat and well maintained.

Everything we needed was in the Unit. We were able to travel back into the town centre easily. A very nice setting and lots of light in the Unit. A restful place for us. Met our needs.

The keypad was difficult with a higher vehicle.

no instructions for the gas heater (my partner cut his finger on the glass that was broken inside), no dvd player. the park knew I was going to be late, but no lights were left on (outside light)

Very high standard with modern clean decor. Looked like it was newly renovated. Very homely and comfortable I would like to have stayed longer. Lush gardens outside our balcony gave a feeling of being in a jungle. Quiet and peaceful.

General location by the Blue Lake; Lakeside villa is a lovely home away from home, park cleanliness; and general feeling of space is great. Beds are comfy, and facilities in the villas are great.

Out of the control of the business I guess - but there no longer being a pool available (a new indoor one is being constructed); and the jumping pillow out of action. These were two of the main reasons I chose the location (having stayed here a number of times). With kids to entertain - that's a deal breaker for me. I was advised that the pool wasn't going to be available - but at the time advised, it was too late to book elsewhere being a long weekend (plus, I'd already paid in full). Cost of living is increasing - the Villas aren't a cheap option if you don't have other facilities at the park to use. That said the BMX kids always love staying where they can play together.

The cabin was so clean. An easy stroll to the blue lake.

Nice refreshed Cabins, stayed next to games room and was still quite, location was good

tin behind bed made noise any time you move on bed
