We had a great time. The rental was in a great location and was clean and comfortable. We had 5 girls with us so having 2.5 bathrooms and a pullout couch was perfect. The only thing that kept us up was the roosters! They are everywhere and want to tell you about it all day and early, early morning (5am). There is a coffee/breakfast shop right on Duval Square so that was convenient every morning to grab coffees and food before venturing out for the days. The only thing we found confusing was when we were checking out the instructions said to take out the trash but we didn't know exactly where to take it but found a can in the parking structure. I would stay here again!

Very nice condo. Clean and nicely furnished. Location was great for walking to everything in Key West. Our only complaint was the loud roosters early in the morning, but that’s part of Key West’s charm!

Not a bad little house. It's a bit of work to find the key, find the unit, they even describe getting in as a "scavenger hunt" on the instructions. Also, they gave us one key and there were two of us staying so there is no way for one person to get back in without the other. The security gate to the garage is a lot. Once you finally get in there, the house is nice. May not be bad for a family of two or three that are planning to go everywhere together.

We had 4 adults stay in this condo. It was a very nice unit that is very conveniently located just off Duval street. It's very convenient to everything. We parked our car under the condo and never used it again until we left. The condo is nicely appointed with everything you could need for a few days stay. The communication with the property management company was also excellent. There were a lot of steps involved in the self check in but they do provide clear instructions with online information about the unit and it went smoothly. They also contacted me and let us check in as soon as the unit was ready which was helpful. The thing to be aware of is that there is a separate gate key to access the stairs to get to the front door of the condo and there is only one key. If your party is splitting up at all you need to coordinate access to the key so people can get into the condo which is a little inconvenient. I also unfortunately lost the key on a snorkeling trip for which the condo association charged a previously undisclosed $250 fee to replace which I felt was unreasonably severe. Although the fee was ridiculous, the property management company was very responsive when it happened and did quickly get us a replacement with no issues after the money was paid. So, I would recommend the unit based on it's location and amenities but advise to keep in mind the potential issues with accessing the unit and dealing with the condo association should anything go awry.

This condo was perfect for our stay. We had four adults and a 2 year old in our party. Well equipped kitchen, plenty of towels, pool was great, very roomy. We would definitely stay here again.Only down side was only one gate key, would have been nice to have two.

This was perfect for us. We were getting married, and had our three adult children with us. There were many family and friends stopping by and the outside patio area was a blessing! The pool and space around it was fantastic! Everything was clean and perfect. The only constructive feedback I have is the roosters pulled in all nighter a couple of times. Lol

The condo is close to Duval Street at the somewhat quieter end, unless you count the roosters crowing in the early hours. I’m pretty sure the roosters are the alarm clocks of Key West!The condo was clean and in good condition. The kitchen has basic cooking utensils, pots and pans but no consumables such as spices, salt and pepper. I mention this because I like to cook. There is a good food store a few minutes walk away for anything you need. The living room is spacious but could use some more seating if you have more than 4 people staying. The bedrooms were as described with one being much larger than the other. If you are traveling with another couple you might have to draw straws to see who gets the larger one!!The bathrooms were basic but well maintained and there is a bonus half bath off of the living room. The condo has two outdoor areas that were nice to sit out in the cooler parts of the day. We did not use the swimming pool but it looked clean and well maintained. We had a great time staying here. The restaurants and bars are minutes away and you are well located for all of the main attractions on Key West.

Would definitely stay at this location again. Only note I had was the pullout couch was either for 1 adult or 2 children. Keep that in mind when looking at party mix.

My college friends and I decided to take a trip to Key West. There were 5 of us and this place had plenty of space for us. The property's communication was consistent so we always knew what to expect. Admittedly there seemed to be a bit of paperwork after we booked. It wasn't too big of a deal, but you definitely have to be on the look out for the things that need to be completed. After that's completed, leading up to the the trip and arriving to the property was easy and we were able to get in with no issues.This property is walkable to nearly everything in Key West. There is a corner store a block away, which is really handy. The A/C works well. I will say that the upstairs back bedroom is much warmer than the rest of the house, but they provide a portable A/C unit.

The condo and location were great. Some small things that could use improvement.The furniture in the livingroom is not what is pictured and the new couch is not comfortable. Some of the glasses in the kitchen were cracked. Broken lamp and towel rack in the 2nd bedroom. Small things... over all a great location and perfect for a short stay.

Great location within walking distance of most of the major attractions and popular restaurants. Unit is roomy enough for at least 4 adults. Housekeeping could do better getting the unit ready though. They missed cleaning food items, trash, etc. . from previous renters and sheets could be cleaner.

One balcony and large patio outside. Such a fun location. Close to shops and restaurants. In the middle of everything but hidden away from the hustle and bustle. Would definitely stay here again.

I don’t think there could have been a better location. Right off of Duval St. complaint 1 is that the limit on the AC is 71 degree. That might seem reasonable, but the upstairs master bedroom has high ceilings and it was noticing warm.
Ice maker worked great, no issues with the TV. Parking was easy and we loved the designated parking space.
The other issue was the internet. I don’t remember getting any login information in the pre checking information.
We emailed the owner about a log in and never heard back from them ☹️
Overall, great place and would stay again if we made it back to KW.

We absolutely loved this rental property. Close enough to walk to everything. Parking garage was convenient. Secure. Safe location. Confusing to find the box to get in, but communicating was timely and helpful. We hope to be back!

Property was great. Only complaint was property manager. Door was hard to lock and unlock. She was not pleasant to deal with. Called regarding master shower explaining the shower knob was broken and just was spinning. Response was I wasn’t turning it correctly. Was told she would send someone the next morning. Never happened. We called maintenance directly. Guess what...knob was broken. As you pay for a property you expect the management to work with you not to make you look like you are incompetent of figuring out a shower knob or door dock that didn’t line up with door. We have stayed multiple places with the same door lock and have never had a problem accessing a door

The only recommendation would be the stairs had carpet that needed cleaning. Didn't keep us for having a great time!!!

The kitchen was wonderfully equipped with all that we needed and the living room was comfortable and for socializing. We even enjoyed the patio a couple times when it wasn’t too hot. The bedrooms were adequate, the master would have been terrific if it had a king size bed. This condo was perfect in size, clean and a great location. It is a little hard to find from the GPS directions. The salt water pool is small, but extremely nice. One thing I would recommend is for everyone to bring ear plugs. The roosters walking around ****-a-doodle-do every 10 seconds all night long!! It is fun to watch them, but be prepared if you are a light sleeper!! I would definitely stay here again!

Having a full size kitchen also allowed our party to stock up on food, drinks, and snacks - and not have to rely on eating out for every meal (or trying to stuff leftovers in a minifridge that inevitably get tossed out).
Best yet, this condo was located in a quieter part of Duval Street, so rarely were you distracted but the bustle of the city - outside of the occasional roosters.

Basic, clean condo- I wish the linens were a bit nicer but it was clean. No contact entry- just wished we had a better description for finding the correct gated entrance and lockbox . Overall it was the perfect place for our family to stay- I rented a golf cart for the stay and really didn't need it often- would have been cheaper to Uber or Lyft.

We enjoyed our four-night stay. The unit was sparkling clean, well-appointed and comfortable. There are lots of good restaurants, points of interest and shopping opportunities within a 10-minute walk. We did not have a car and enjoyed walking throughout Old Town. We really enjoyed the Italian restaurant and the Cuban coffee shop right there in the Duvall Square complex. We'd definitely recommend the unit to friends traveling to Key West.

Great stay on Duval street, condo has great space compared to many in Truman Annex, 2BR and 2.5 Baths, makes it easy for the whole team to shower after snorkeling/diving before going out for the evening. Well equipped, Pool was really nice for an afternoon dip. The only difficulty was the instructions of where to get the key (need a picture of where the double door gate is from the parking lot (entrance off Simonton) to get the initial key to get into the gated area.
