The breakfast is very local and good. They have a coffee service in the mornings, and they have the best attitude for customer service.

nothing, everything perfect

We loved our stay and decided to stay another night. Rocío and staff were wonderful, friendly and truly helpful. The property is beautiful, the walk down to the swimming pool well worth it. Our dog was made very welcome. All in all, a great experience!

location up in the mountains

Staff was very nice and the room was always clean. My room had an amazing view to a little forest behind the property, there were so many birds early in the morning. I left very early every morning so I couldn't try breakfast.

Maybe it was bad luck, but my first night was a holiday in Colombia and there was a huge party with loud music in the property besides the hotel. It was only the first night, but I would recommend to check the calendar for holidays or other events in town if you want to have a relax stay.

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. They were patient with our limited spanish. After 2 days they offered to move us to a nice cabin. There was always lots of coffee available. The balcony was great for enjoying the view and my boyfriend loved the puppy Peppa.

Very quiet, nice view, lovely to have breakfast while watching colibris. Very clean and the rooms are nice with satelite tv. Keep in mind that the hotel does not have a restaurant service. They serve breakfast, but for those who want to have lunch or dinner: you better go somewhere else. The hotel can call a delivery service, but it is basically bad fast food.

We loved how welcome we felt during our stay. A great breakfast, clean and spacious rooms, great location, helpfull staff and very clean room. Our toddler loved playing with the animals (cats, dog, horses,..) and we liked every second of it.
