All in all it was a nice condo. $55 per car parking though is ridiculous! If you’re paying thousands of dollars to stay in a condo, parking should be included. I won’t ever stay there again for that sole reason.

Booking through VRBO has always been easy and a good experience. The condo this year was one of the best we have ever stayed in. Condo was clean and comfortable with plenty of seating for everyone. Kitchen was well stocked with anything you would need. The ice maker was awesome to have! The outdoor furniture was extra nice!! Phoenix Gulf Shores property is very nice with the outdoor pool and water slide and the heated indoor pool. We enjoyed it all. I would highly recommend this condo! The only thing I was disappointed about was not being able to see the sunset from condo.

This place was amazing! The view from the patio was breathtaking. The condo had everything you needed if wanting to stay in and cook your own meals. I’d request that more towels be stocked in the condo as we had to wash them all mid stay. The last 2 days of our stay the air conditioning quit working. It was difficult to contact the owner after hours and the number we had to the front desk or to report and issue was closed after 430pm.

Once again a wonderful experience at Phoenix Gulf Shores. We did have some issues with people smoking on their balconies but those issues were addressed as well as they could be. Wonderful property’s always.

Best condo we ever rented. Everything was just as described. The kitchen was so well stocked with everything a good cook needs. The balcony view was spectacular. Highly recommend. Looking forward to returning again.

This condo was exactly as described in the listing. Great location for daily walks, close to restaurants and grocery stores, great indoor pool (although loud, hot, and unsupervised most of the time), etc. The kitchen was stocked well so there wasn’t anything we couldn’t do. One thing that was frustrating though was the ice maker wasn’t filling up very quickly so we ended up having to buy ice a few days. The property manager was quick to respond when we needed more dish towels and when we accidentally broke a lamp he was fair on the price. I was kind of confused in with the reviews saying if you get there after 5pm you have to go to another location so I called at 4:30pm (we hit traffic) and was told that was the case, so I was confused as to why that wasn’t communicated to us. According to reviews, we wouldn’t have been able to access the pool or beach if we’d of come straight to our condo. I was skeptical to choose this condo because I typically go with more tropically themed places and the overall decor was outdated. But it fit our needs. The balcony furniture was a plus!!

This property was awesome! The pictures and descriptions online were spot on when we got there. The actual unit itself was impeccable, the elevators were fast and plenty, the pools were perfect. This was an amazing spot for a single family, or multi family vacation! I would give this place a 4.9/5 starts overall! My only complaints would be that the security guards are a little over the top when “patrolling” the pools, and at the end of the boardwalk where it meets the sand, it was pretty washed out and there were sandbags right in the way. My family and I will definitely be back!!

The condo was clean and well stocked. Plenty of room and the balcony and it’s furniture are awesome!! We enjoyed every single minute. Highly recommend this condo. It’s our 13th year coming to Gulf Shores. We will definitely rent this again!!

Check-in no early than 4:30, front desk closes at 5.pm. 30 min window to check in OR you do not get access codes for beach or gym until the next morning at 9am. Grout in tile was nasty, poorly cleaned, surround sound in-opt, no pack and play as advertised in description, bulbs out, several outlets did not work, plenty of extra pillows, no pillow cases available...until we found them stuffed inside entertainment center cabinet drawer in the living room, really??? I will not stay there again.

Location was wonderful! Loved the resort and it’s amenities. Condo was very nice, view was spectacular! Only complaint was the master bed was so hard and uncomfortable that my back was killing me by the end of the seven days. Still enjoyed our stay. Will treasure the memories made.

We were very pleased with this rental! We read prior reviews of others who loved it. That is how we chose this rental. It had a great view over looking the Gulf. It was clean, spacious, and very well kept up. It was decorated very nicely. The furnishings were very good quality. The kitchen was spacious and all appliances were new and clean. Bathrooms were big and clean. Washer and dryer were new-ish, and worked fantastically. The TV was a smart TV so we could stream our devices.

Great location. Dishes in the cupboard and silverware in drawers were dirty And had to be washed thoroughly before we were able to use them. Mold was present between many of the plates and bowls as if they were put away wet. Lipstick marks and finger prints left on glasses, we are assuming this is because the dishwasher worked properly, as if the heating element was not working ( example: Butter was still on the knife after dishwasher was run and other dishes were still completely wet.). Dry cereal was visible under couches, chairs, and on the balcony as well as candy wrappers left by the couch. Makeup (blush) was smeared on the bathroom counter and on the floor. While we do not want to complain, we want you to be aware that the cleaning service that you’ve hired and we were charged for was not adequate. Beds were comfortable. Supplies were plentiful and appreciated. Balcony furniture was very comfortable and the view was BEAUTIFUL.

We found the condo in excellent condition well supplied in the kitchen and extraordinarily clean. Located on the 22nd floor it landed self to watching a great deal of shark activity in the ocean and extraordinary views of the sunset.

We had a wonderful vacation with our kids and grandkids! The condo was exactly as advertised. It was spacious, very clean, had an amazing balcony with a beautiful view of the beach. There was a box full of beach toys on the balcony which was great for the grandkids. The pool was very nice with a waterslide that was a big hit. We were able to rent a couple chairs on the beach for the week too. Beach was wonderful! Condo is close to restaurants and shopping. Couldn't have asked for a better first experience with VRBO. Everyone wants to come back next year to the exact same spot!

Had a great time and the condo was really nice. Has a great view from way up on the 22nd floor. Will definitely consider this unit in the future. My only complaint is it seems like the property management company could do a better job getting the sand out of the pools and hot tubs at night. One of the hot tubs had a significant layer of sand at the bottom of it.

Wonderful Condo
We loved this condo! It was exactly as described. The beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked with all the dishes/cookware you need plus spices and salt/pepper. Beautiful views from the balcony with comfortable seating. Check in & check out were easy. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic Option for Family Trip
Everything was just as described and we felt like we found a real gem with this property. The furniture was high quality (not always the case with this sort of rental) and the decor was very lovely and tasteful. The whole property was well cared for. Having an indoor and outdoor pool was a great option for the littles, and the beach was well maintained. Oh yes, we loved the ice maker/beverage area!

Beautiful Condo
We loved the condo! The kitchen was stocked with all the necessities. The view was amazing. The condo was very spacious. The master bed was much firmer than I liked, but still comfortable. The only complaint we have is that the entryway rug kept slipping and the master bedroom rugs corner was flipped up and we kept tripping on it. Otherwise perfect condo for a large group!
