Very friendly staff & great service. Pool are super nice :)

We were staying here for honeymoon and asked for a double but instead got two singles put together. We asked for them to be changed but they wouldn't change them. Instead the beds kept separating and hurt our backs. The staff were rude and we were laughed at and mimicked when speaking our own language. The family members came into our room when we were out and did not clean the room properly or replace the bed blanket. They offered to decorate our room a little as we were on honeymoon and it was a little cake, some flowers and a fizzy wine. For this they charged us 40 euros even though the other hotels offered this for free. They offered a transfer service and did not explain it properly. Afterwards they tried to charge us for the free transfers saying where they took was too far out. They should have made this clear beforehand. For these reasons we checked out and went somewhere else.

The staff was amazing, everyone was so nice and they made the stay unforgettable! The view was beautiful and the swimming pool was very nice. We will definitely stay there again and hopefully for a longer time. We are very thankful for all the help and advice from the staff.

The owners of Villa Rita were amazing - incredibly friendly and helpful- we had an amazing stay at Villa Rita. You can tell that they run Villa Rita with all their heart. The hotel is super cute- the two swimming pools are great - we really loved it their and had a very peaceful and relaxing stay.

Everything was perfect.

Peaceful place with amazing scenery! We enjoyed family atmosphere and hospitality. Owners helped us with scooter rental and shared some tips about exploring the island. We appreciated amazing breakfasts! Thank you for an amazing time, hope to see you soon :)

Long way from harbour to hotel.

Villa Rita is a family-run hotel that is managed with care and attention to the residents’ needs. The staff at Villa Rita treat you like family and are extremely helpful. The facility has beautiful, well-kept grounds and is perched over Scannella Bay, overlooking the beautiful Tyrrhenian Sea. The breakfast is delicious!!

There is nothing to complain about. Everything was perfect and we enjoyed immensely our stay at Villa Rita.

Staff! Rita, Gerardo, Ciro and his sister (sorry to forgot the name :) run this hotel with big heart. They make you feel welcome from the first moment. Shuttle service is offered from / to Panza for reaching restaurants or getting a bus. Peaceful and quiet location overlooking the sea. Perfect pool with salty thermal water temperature wise. Very good breakfast with local products including fresh coffee, cappuccino.

Amazing staff. Owned by a family that goes out of their way to make you feel pampered. Fantastic breakfast in the morning, gorgeous view, tons of great restaurants nearby. The bus is easy to access that will take you all around the island. Truly the perfect place to stay, I couldn’t be happier.

Lovely family that runs this hotel. They make you feel not only like at home but part of them. A very quiet and clean place to rest. Although it is a bit far from the port and not so close to Forio, in 15min walking or Geovanny can take you by car to the bus stop. Comfortble bed and room, nice view from the balcony.

We had an amazing stay at Villa Rita! The family that run the hotel is fantastic - super friendly and helpful and they made us feel very welcome. Simply world class service! The location of the hotel is very beautiful with an ocean view from the pool area. Several great restaurants in the nearby village (Panza) that the hotel will happily drive you to. Make sure to ask the hotel to help you make a reservation to Scanella beach club - so so beautiful! We will definitely recommend Villa Rita to anyone going to Ischia!

What a wonderful, charming place. This family-run hotel makes its guests feel at home immediately. Wonderful location, quiet, peaceful, beautiful, with a great pool and stunning view. Nice balcony from the room with great view and a drying rack for swimsuits and towels. Amazing breakfast served outside with a view onto the palmtrees and the sea. Super friendly staff. The hotel is not near the town but they drive guests to the center and pick them up again.

Nothing. All was wonderful. If I have to mention one thing, it would have been nice to have sun shield on the balcony.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Villa Rita-- all the staff there are so warm and friendly and made us feel so welcome. We felt very well looked after by the staff and appreciated all the details about the best spots on the island to visit. Next time we come back to Ischia we will definitely come back to the hotel! The room was very comfortable, the breakfast was generous, and the grounds are beautiful, especially the view of the ocean at sunset.

This is a great value accommodation. Comfortable room, nice pool and I loved waking up with the view of the sea from my bed or from the balcony. Breakfast was delicious and transport service from hotel to town was prompt and handy. Very thoughtful and welcoming German-Italian family running the hotel. Impressive coordination and attention to detail. Hard work and customer service seems to be in their genes - they do their best for guests to enjoy their stay. At the end of a long work day they still somehow manage to address everything with love and a smile. No wonder this is one of the top rated hotels in the area and I am sure they will continue to provide the impressive service their guests came to expect.

The rooms on the first floor above the kitchen and next to the staircase can be sometimes noisy late at night & early morning. But my room was eventually changed to the top floor which was peaceful.

It's a family-run hotel, so it's easy to see how much love they put into making you feel comfortable. The hotel is beautiful and has a big garden. The view of the sea is incredible, even from the swimming pool you can see the sea. The breakfast was super good, fruits, coffee/tea, cake etc. They also take you at any time to panza, where you find supermarkets and restaurants.
