The area, the scenery, and the room. I love the jacuzzi with the shower. It is convenience and the setup was great. I love the fireplace in the room, and the air conditioner was well needed.

I asked for a double A battery for the safe and was told they would bring it up, which they didn't. On the 2nd day... I went out to get my own

It was falsely advertised online ! Many things such as our fridge , AC , and TV did not work ! The hot tub and sauna were out of order, the hotel had very little signage so we got lost at one point. The microwave was on a chair at the end of the hallway ? The staff at the counter weren’t very friendly and when we asked for assistance they made us feel like we were bothering them. The hotel carpet in the hallway was very outdated and when we left the room in the morning there was a man scraping paint off the carpet with a huge colourful hat on. It was uncomfortable, the room was nice but definitely felt like we paid for much more than what we received.

I love everything about this hotel! I book there often and it never disappoints. I had a really really bad experience at another hotel I tried and so I went back to this hotel because it's always been exceptional in everything. Big kuddos to the lady at the restaurant who treated me so well, and she served me so much food I couldn't even finish it all. And they always allow late check out for me which I truly appreciate. Love them!

Seemed to be run down from previous time staying there… not the cleanest and not very nice

Looks very poor compared to previous stays in the past at this location. The tv did not work and it wasn’t the cleanest.

Personnel de l'hôtel et restaurant très sympathique. Chambre grande, propre. Lit confortable, beau foyer (qui fait juste flamme). Bonne pression d eau pour la douche et eau chaude parfaite. Très bien situé, près du casino.

La piscine ... eau froide très déçu car nous avions décidé d aller à cet hôtel pour cette raison. L'hôtel a besoin d amour... certains meubles dans la chambre en mauvais état. Certaines prises électriques sont lousse. Des odeurs dans les couloirs.

Location was okish, hard to find initially,seems to be in deserted area, room bed and bedding was not comfortable, sofas in room were old and not usable, i had good expectations from Ramada hotel as i previously stayed in other Ramada properties which were quite decent

Bien situé, place de stationnement vaste. Chambre ‘suite’ sur deux étages très pratique pour famille de 6. Personnel à la réception et au buffet très gentils.

Lit très inconfortable, très mou Téléphone non fonctionnel dans la chambre Divan lit DOUBLE non fonctionnel dans la chambre (mécanisme enfoncé et coincé) on a du demander un lit d’appoint (SIMPLE) donc un de nous a du dormir directement sur le dessus du sofa. Bain à remous ne fonctionne pas. L’eau dans la chambre à une odeur atroce on ne peut pas boire l’eau du robinet. Nombre de serviettes insuffisant pour le nombre de personnes pour lesquelles nous avions réservées… nous étions 6 donc il serait apprécié que la chambre soit prête pour 6 personnes… on doit courir pour des serviettes à 20h00 le soir… Piscine dans un piteux état: ma fille s’est rentrée une écaille de peinture dans le pied. Buffet ok… abordable mais aucun fruits frais. Pas moyen de connaître les ingrédients des aliments donc pour les allergies… pas facile !
