Basically no.

No shampoo or conditioner, just soap and lotion. Not even a toothbrush or toothpaste. No water. There's no use in a coffee machine without drinking water. Breakfast was simple—not even bananas.

The restaurant food was good and the kids enjoyed the arcade

We were discouraged to have been put into the motel section, thinking that we would be in the main facility/access within the building to bring our children to the pool and arcade. We tried to make the best of it, but it was a hassle. There was no sleep for any of us because of all the noise (neighbors beside and above us, traffic in the parkinglot...you hear everything). The smell of cigarettes and weed was overwhelming from our neighbors who had chairs and a cooler set up outside their door. We placed a complaint which actually made things worse and incredibly uncomfortable (they knew it was us that complained and were cussing us out while we sat in our room with our children...it was very uncomfortable for all of us. Our kids were nervous to leave the room for breakfast this morning.) This was our getaway for March break, and this stay was exhausting and a letdown. The gym. Most of the equipment doesn't work. There was nothing there to clean the equipment after you use it. It was pretty disappointing.

Property , and rooms was clean and comfortable

We stayed here for work, wifi was terrible was even able to get a email sent or recieve thats how bad the wifi was. Never again we will stay here again , especially when we are on business travel and need the use of email etc.

Good location

Parking was very tight. Had a hard time getting out of the parking space. The layout of the hotel is hard to find your way around, had to go to the lobby and switch elevators to get to our room.

I think that the breakfast was the only thing worth the money.

First of all, the rooms weren’t worth the money at all. For one night per room, we had to spend nearly $500. As well as that, the room was off to the side building and we had to walk out of a door that went outside in the rain to the main building just to eat some breakfast. The room was in fairly poor quality and small, very disappointing. It was very humid, even if we opened the AC at full blast.

Location, and the restaurant was great.

This hotel has two washers and two dryers, which are workhorses. A couple more machines would be helpful, plus a machine that sells large plastic laundry bags. And how about a table to fold the laundry? Thank you for asking.

I loved the view of the lake, the breakfast and the helpful staff.
