I already travelled many countries, but that hotel was far away from my expectations. Firstly they gave me wrong room, which was totally different from pictures on the page, it was unclean, full bin, old linen, used towels, a lot of hairs. Then changed my room for better one. But it was problem that the key didn't work for lift, so I came back to reception, they repaired it, then the key didn't work for room, so back to reception, they repaired it, so back to try it on 15th floor, but it didn't work again. So I went to reception again, they told me, if I wait they gonna call maintenance. Maintenance couldn't open it, because there was problem with the door. So after 30 minutes, I kept my staff there and I went for hockey game. After I came... Again the key didn't work for my room. So let's go back to reception. The lady repaired it. After changing the room, 5 times repaired it and couple hours of waiting I could entry to my room at 22pm. Thank you. Never again!!!

There was something wrong with the elevators, slow moving and it was so hot out we thought we were stuck inside it. Took several minutes to even move. Couldn’t get any service in the lounge area, major language barrier and short staffed. Actually got up and left to go eat at another near by hotel as we had a concert to get to.

No instructions on how to use elevator since it had security. Causing me to pee my pants.

ACCOMMODATED A LARGE PARTY FOR BRUCH IN EXCELLENT FASHION

Staff was very friendly as service was quick. Room was clean. A little warm but it was hot out. It was nice that the window opened to get airflow.

The Elevators were an issue. Only one of the 3 for the tower we were in worked and not all the buttons lit up so you were not sure if you were event going to stop at your floor.
