The room was a little bit hot at night

Large room, great location, reasonable parking, nicely decorated, clean room, good value
Tv channels were kind of odd and lacking, hot tub closed
4.5
Close to Roger’s. Good value. Clean. Friendly staff.
Rooms are small. Underground parking fills up quickly.

Great location in an interesting and vibrant part of downtown Edmonton - you're only a block away from restaurants, bars, and even a regular farmer's market. Check-in was easy, the lobby was lovely, and the rooms were spacious with incredibly comfortable beds. Also, I wouldn't have picked this as a plus going in, but the bidet with a heated seat was definitely a bonus!
Nothing actually negative here - the shower was a bit basic, and the hotel restaurant buffet breakfast was good but not quite up to the standard of the rest of the hotel. Didn't use the parking, but it seems like it was on par with other downtown Edmonton hotels in terms of costs.

Sehr netter Empfang, Garage im Haus, Zimmer sehr sauber, gute Betten.
Es gibt nichts Negatives zu berichten.

It was all good
That parking is not included and very expensive

We enjoyed swimming in the pool.
They were the quietest rooms I have ever spent time in.
Since my reason for visiting Edmonton was to take the kids to West Edmonton Mall, I did not realize the distance would be so great. Poor planning on my part. Walking around downtown with the kids was intimidating for me. These are no reflection of the hotel. The hotel met my expectation.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was large and the bed was very comfortable.
The towels could have been better.

The bed, early check in, close parking, opening window, fast elevators, easy check in, luggage carts, price was fair for a 4 star hotel.
The room needs a deep clean. The grout lines in the bathroom are yellow, there isn’t enough light in the bathroom. Windows need a clean. The Ac filters need changing as it blows out dust. Have a look at the bottom of the ac, totally clogged up which will obviously effect the efficiency of cooling down the room, also fire hazard? Furnishings like the door handle for the bathroom needs updating… looks like it’s from the 1980’s. The fancy toilet is not the best idea.
Overall the place felt surface clean but when you find problems mentioned above you start to question the items that require more then a surface wipe (ie coffee machine or fancy toilet thing, carpet cleaning ). Overall I would return as the price was reasonable compared to other 4 stars in the area but you would need to improve before you did want to up the rates.

there was hair in the bathroom when we arrived as well as the air conditioning unit was not secure in the window. There was no breakfast options available. Also had to pay $22 extra a night to park !

Good location to get to local appointments, restsurants nearby. Room clean and ammenities good. Suprised by a bidet in bathroom! Restaurant staff accommodating, friendly. Consierge awesome. Overall hotel really well kept. Hot tub clean.
Business centre was in the basement & outdated. Restaurant not open for lunch. Front desk were polite but didn't engage. After dark, not best place to be outside. Park next door has a lot of social issues.

The meeting room and suites were comfortable.
The restaurant only served breakfast. Saturday and Sunday getting food was tricky for downtown Edmonton.

The beds were double mattress on queen size frames. The frames had a very sharp corners and since the mattress wasn’t in flush with the frame this caused it to be hazardous for our shins. The front desk(manager) argued stating that the beds were a standard queen size. They clearly aren’t as we sleep on a queen mattress at home and know the comparison. When booking the room I intentionally chose 2 queen beds not 2 double beds knowing that it was an increase for the price so when given 2 double beds but yet paid for 2 queens was very unsatisfactory to say the lease! We booked this hotel due to the fact that it offered parkade parking, it did not have room for us to park in it, therefore we had to park our truck 15min drive away at our sons place and taxi it back. Would I stay here again? NO! Would I recommend it? NO!

Front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating, honoring our request for late checkout with no problem! They were quick to respond and I really appreciated the level of professionalism and communication.
Loved the cleanliness, the pool and hot tub, and the location for ease of access to everything we needed. The view from our room was really great too!
A tip: visit the DOSC for dinner and drinks, or a coffee from the cafe side - you will NOT be disappointed! 2 min walk from the hotel 😊
The things I disliked: I thought the parking fee was exorbitant at $22 /night. It also would have been really nice to be able to enjoy a snack or beverage at the onsite lounge, but it is only open for morning breakfast service (which is not included).
