Clean comfortable apartment, excellent hosts. Short walk to town centre for shops and restaurants. Excellent hospitality, Andrea was always on hand to give advice and information, and obtain the welcome card for us.

it is nice apparent, we ate there only breakfast so for us the kitchen was well equipped. the apparent had nice terrace.

the hospitality was below of ever we come across with. it's written that the sauna operates all year, and that isn't exactly the case. you need to ask in advance the exact hour you want to use it. in the second day of our staying i woke up to a terrible noise of Chainsaw. i step outside asking the owner what's going on and she said because it's a good weather day, the gardener came to work, feather more she said your husband is awake?! It never even crossed her mind to apologize, i told her that this is vacation apartment and that noise is not a vacation!!!

A little way out of Innsbruck, so easier with a car, but an excellent bus service runs every 10min within 500m of the apartment.

Comfortable spacious studio. Kitchen very well equipped. Attractive gardens and an easy walk to the centre of Igls. Staff very welcoming and organised a welcome card from the tourist office which gave us free transport on local trains and buses and some mountain lifts.

A very spacious apartment with direct access to the garden. Large, comfortable bed. The swimming pool was a bonus. Igls is a pretty and quiet location within walking distance of the Pitscherkoffel cable car.

Beautiful building, very accessible by public transport. Lovely garden for kids to run around in. Nice balcony to sit out on. Clean. Access to washing machine. Swimming pool and table tennis are a great addition. Tourist card giving free access to public transport and some cable cars/attractions was great. Responded promptly to questions.

Dated decor, would have been helpful to have a folder or some info on where things are like an iron as it felt like we were disturbing them which could have been avoided.

Loved everything about this place! From the sleeping accommodations, to the charming town around it! Wonderfully clean, very well kept, and beautifully organized! The view from the deck was so relaxing and gorgeous. The yard was mowed, there were flowers planted in the planter box on the deck. Our host went above and beyond! We needed extra pillows and a fan, and she brought it to us. She even had an order form for us to fill out every night by 8pm so we could have fresh pastries in the morning (which we did every day and they were amazing!!). This place was even walking distance to two restaurants (maybe even more) that were so delicious. One was a pizza place, and once had an assortment of food. Very friendly, great ambiance, 5 stars all across the board for the food! Our accommodations were tranquil, clean, and relaxing. We toured 5 countries while we were in Europe, and this place was hands-down our favorite part of the trip!

Pool. It's indoors and is with a beautiful looking sauna. Probably cultural and/or maybe a winter thing. Not a big dislike tbh, maybe us.

Hosts were amazing. Met us at the door for check in, booked us a ski lesson and dinner at a local restaurant one night. Has a very mom and pop feel to it while still being nicer and more luxurious than pretty much any other hotel we looked at in Innsbruck.

The place is great, the host very welcoming, you get fresh bread in the morning and the use of sauna and a swimming pool to yourself. Very close to the mountains and a bus stop which takes you straight to the city. I definitely recommend it!

We were there during the winter and the owners were really nice and helpful. The appartement was clean and everything were there. We could also access to the sauna and swimming pool for free that was a great surprise after skiing. There were also the ice ring and sleg slope few meters away. Everything was so perfect that next time we will definitely go back there.

The apartment was nicely furnished. It was close to bus stop, about 5 blocks walk, and the free travel card we received at check-in paid for our bus rides into Innsbruck, much easier than taking our car and finding parking. The hosts were wonderful and the garden area outside the apartment was really nice. The apartment was roomy and the kitchen was well furnished. There was a nice pod type coffee machine, with two complimentary coffee pods, additional pods were 0.50 each, which we though a little pricy. The area was rally quiet as well as the unit, we never hear anyone else next to us. We would certainly recommend staying there.

We had a slight issue with a damaged plastic knob on the oven control, but it was apparent that someone had damaged it and not reported it to the owners so that it could be repaired. The knob just spun, the oven would not turn on, but we always carry a multi tool, and we used the pliers to turn the metal post under the knob. We reported it the next day when we were checking out and they were very apologetic about us having a problem, and wished we would have called about it last night. Just an insight into the caring nature of the hosts.

The view from our room was beautiful. The location was perfect for hiking with great hiking routes very close by. There's also a bus station leads to the city pretty close too.

Check out time is fairly early compared to check in time. We asked for an extra hour at checkout and we've been told it's wasn't possible.
