Lovely comfy beds

The room could have done with a Kettle and not just a coffee machine.

Odalar çok temizdi. Yatak ve yastıklar çok konforluydu. Kahvaltı fazlasıyla yeterli ve lezzetliydi.

Food was great at the restaurant. We were able to get to our room when we arrived, and all the stall we very friendly and helpful.

AC was too noisy. No decaf or herbal tea in the room or lobby. The entrance to parking with a key card did not work. No breakfast. Pay parking.

Airport shuttle was convenient. Staff were friendly. Comfortable and spacious room.

Noisy air conditioning. Limited toiletries. Breakfast was limited with few healthy items.

The location and the friendly staff and restaurant made my stay one of the best. The room was very quiet and comfortable. The complimentary airport shuttle took all the stress out of my stay. The hotel staff made my stay fabulous. Plus the tour bus picked me up and dropped me back at the hotel.

I booked directly online instead of booking.com or other sites and tried to call several times to cancel and was still charged. The email confirmation was great but I could not respond to that for cancellation.

Could not reach a human to cancel!

Jasmine was very welcoming on our arrival and even though we were a little early she got us into our room, and remembered our names. The hotel was well located for our needs, and the shuttle to the airport was a definite bonus. We liked the breakfasts and the restaurant was not crowded so it was a quiet start to the days. Parking is easy, and secure, which was also very nice

The courtesy bus was great to airport and other hotel to catch the train. Staff were wonderful. Restaurant for breakfast, great food. Comfortable bed. Great for a one night stay.

The front desk manager at the time of check-in was rather unfriendly and rude. A friend booked a room in the same hotel with me and I called in the hotel to put in a request for a connecting room. We did not get it but that is fine. When we requested a room change for my friend due to the room smell (like someone smoked in it), the front desk manager wasn't too happy about it and said they were fully booked and will change the room for the last time. The hotel should not have let the room (the one that smelled like ciggarettes) be even open for occupancy!! So, that ain't our fault. Totally unpleasant experience with the manager. The staff however was nice and accomodative. Only the manager was being difficult, unfriendly, unprofessional and most importantly, RUDE.
