The indoor pool was easily accessible and clean. Any minor issue we had was solved promptly and professionally. The staff throughout the hotel (front desk, housekeeping, breakfast) was very friendly. Even though it said there will only be housekeeping upon request, our room was taken care of without asking. The room had everything we needed. It was a wonderful stay. If I had known how great it is I would have stayed there before. However, now I know where to stay next time we are in Warner Robins Washer and dryer were clean.

My family was put on the same floor as a massive bridal party that consumed all but 2 of the rooms. Their children screamed up and down the halls at all hours of the night and they left their room doors open all night and all day. My entire family got very minimal sleep because of this. When I went to the desk staff the first time they did nothing. Finally after having to show out the next morning the front desk clerk offered me 50% refund and some hotel reward points. I should have been given a full refund due to the negligence of this hotel. Whoever thought it would be a good idea to place a family in the middle of a massive bridal party with zero respect for others really dropped the ball and made for a very miserable travel experience the next day.

The room was not fully clean hair and dusty. Stain on sheets and toilet wasn’t cleaned.

Bed protector had what looked to be someone’s blood they had no washed. I discovered it when I was about to check out the next day.
