it was not clean plus loud music played for hours

It was close to my meeting.

The room was dirty and had stains everywhere. Only about half of the fixtures had bulbs. There were no privacy curtains so everybody walking past my room could see in. The TV didn't work. If I wasn't so tired I would have left.

Everything was horrible. The Worse Dump W ever known as Hotel. We should take a look of the review of this hotel before booking. We would definitely appreciated a refund of our fees paid.

The facility was descent, however it seems to need updating.

not sure what i didn't like, since it was a bed to sleep in, it met that need. but it did not feel like the staff went over and above to make necessary improvements to the facility.

It was not too far from restaurants and wasn’t too noisy.

The pool wasn’t the most eye catching and some of the lights either didn’t work or were blown. There was someone else’s belongings behind the dresser and we had asked for tissue for 2 days before actually getting it.

Breakfast was okay. Location sketchy. We pulled around the back and let's just say I wouldn't want to be outside after dark.

There was no iron or soap in the room. The room was humid and we saw roaches. The carpet was filthy.

The bed was ok.

Breakfast was 5 pieces of bread small muffin that’s all we seen it was cold coffee it was not hot I traveled more than 25 countries never seen joke like this I seen in the room cockroaches,mosquitos most dirty hotel in the world shameless Management I don’t think anyone check hotel

All Garbge furniture has to remove need full renovation .bathrooms needs clean and renovation needed At least provide breakfast not joke

Dried blood was on my pillow, when I brought it to the manager attention she wanted to refund me $8.00 off my bill. That’s totally unacceptable. Due to Covid-19 still active this is unacceptable. Body fluid is how Covid is still active. I had to go do Covid-19 test because of this. I trusted that your establishment was a 5 star place and would’ve corrected this. A refund should have been started. Without a words being exchange with the customer. I have pictures of it also. the assistant general manager agreed that it was there, but did nothing. I checked the sheets that night but not the pillows. GM after if I check the sheets why didn’t I check the the pillows. I asked what would you do if you was in my shoes, she never answered.
