Courteous staff, but old dirty hotel

Overall decent room.

I got bit by bed bugs during my stay. When I told the staff, they stated they will look into it.

Bed was comfortable.

Room was not cleaned entire stay. Vacuum noise early morning. Key to room stopped working after second day.

the breakfast wasnt bad,was so so localion for what we were there for was ok.

when i booked the room i requested a handicap bathroom was sent a email confirming that I would get this . upon arrivarial and checking in, the room did not have a handicap shower or bathroom . when i asked why at the front desk i was told they didn't have any accommodation all for a handicap shower. Then because there ad has that they have a swimming pool we took and packed swim suites and they have No pool as advertised .after the first night . they didnt do our room the following morning.My wife went to request clean towels and the girl at the front desk rolled her eyes at he which was unexceptable.And she sarcastically said I guess. After this the following day we left trash and dirty towels outside the door to be pick up and changed. When we showered the carpet turned our feet black which left black stains in the bath tube , and I realize they were renovating but this room appeared to have already been done.

I didn’t feel what I paid was what I expected . The rooms were dingy looking , it looked like the carpet wasn’t clean the bathroom didn’t look very clean the blankets had stains

The room had a nasty smell and the carpet was dirty. The elevator was dusty and made a lot of noise and I thought we were going to get stuck. It was for only one night so we delt with it.

Convenience of location !! Price was comfortable as well as the room.

Needed a little updating. Regardless the room was fine.

Absolutely nothing.

They double charged my card and proclaimed that I smoked in the room when I am a non smoker and that is 1 reason why I chose that hotel to stay in for the night. Really rude and charged me an extra 150 dollars saying I smoked in the room when I’m fact I didn’t. Called my bank and had to file a claim. Don’t stay here!!

the staff couldn’t find my reservation and were not very accommodating. I was able to book another room but had to pay more than what I had expected. They were also going to charge me more for a 1 bed than to have 2 beds. The room was ok but def not worth what I paid. not as clean as what I would’ve expected. I’ve stayed at Quality Inn In different locations and it was great but this was the worst one.

remote and tv didn’t match. very difficult. you had no choice of what to watch. tub was dirty. just needs a good scrub. it was a room for two, booked ahead, but only one towel. she also just gave one card key and I had to ask for another because I was leaving and needed it. overall it’s obvious the employees are lazy or don’t pay attention. I’m not going back.

I liked the room, bed, coffee, and breakfast and morning front desk lady.

There were no sausage,eggs,or biscuits and waffle iron had been turned off. Staff was not aware of this. I had to tell them. It took 15 minutes for the food and the waffle iron to heat up. Also the elevator was very dirty due to construction on the 2nd floor. Could they vacuum it every afternoon when workers leave?

It smelled like cigarettes at the front doors before I walked in. The lobby is out of date and does not have that clean, warm and inviting feeling. I felt like the elevator was going to get stuck when I was in it because the door took forever to open.
