The hotel was fine. The problem came when my guys checked into the hotel. I booked the rooms on your website and then when they arrived Comfort inn made me put up another $100 per room on MY card, plus it looks like they charged me another nights stay. When I call to discuss either the computers are down or I just cant understand the guy on the other end. I currently have $380 additional added to my CC without a receipt and the best answer I have been told is "it should be back on your card in 5 to 7 days"

I love that pool is indoor and they have hot tub

There are 2 outside doors that key doesn't work, and i wish they keep pool/hot tub open at least until 11pm.

room seemed clean and the bed was comfortable

there was no maid service in the room during stay. not even to empty the trash or replace the towels. if you needed clean towels or anything you had to go to the desk and ask. breakfast room was clean and items offered were what you would expect for a budget hotel breakfast. the pool and spa area was not clean at all. tried to use the spa but it was so dirty that we only stayed in for less than 5 minutes and there was gray foam forming from the bubbles. You could scrape the grime off of the tiles with your fingernails and upon closer loathing the pool it wasn’t much cleaner. Also when we went during the listed hours the door was locked and when we went to the desk they told us that on Sunday the hours were different but it wasn’t posted on the door. the young man who was on desk duty for the majority of our stay was not very friendly. He wasn’t rude, just never smiled and spoke even less. I felt like we were bothering him every time we needed to ask for anything.

Staff were courteous (especially day time) except for the young man at the front desk at night with a heavy accent-he needs to slow down so he can be understood. I had to ask twice. Breakfast was bare minimum. No fruit or waffle syrup, eggs ran out by 6:30a, sausage tasted like cardboard. Dry bread for toast, no bagels etc. Chairs in dining area dirty (fabric). Staff has asked for groceries to be delivered for five days and management hasn’t taken care of it. we have stayed at other comfort inns and it’s been a great experience but we will not be back to this one.

it is shabby. the overhead light in my room didn’t work and the clasp on the door lock was broken. there was a weird smell throughout the property. the man who checked me in barely understood what i was saying.

The fact that I paid $300 to stay at the hotel checked in receptionist gave me the key to my room walked in the restroom to find a trash can with used tampons in it was very disappointing. This was my second time staying at this location this year. I return to the front desk ask if housekeeping could clean the restroom and the lady said there was no housekeeping that night . She offered a different room which the lights didn’t work. Second night a child above us can’t stomping on the floor went to call the front desk phone didn’t work so I called from my cell to ask if they could notify the ppl above us to stop they child let’s just say it was restless night 🤦‍♀️ Last this is the second time on one of our stays that the Hallway smelled mildew and weed … I understand that somethings are out of they control but atleast have someone walk the floors and make sure the presentation is correct
