The location and the staff.

Constant construction, 24/7 chemical smell from the construction, our room wasn’t the right one that we booked and it didn’t ever get fixed. Fridge went out and ruined all of my food that I bought the day we got there. All around not a good experience. Online was told the pool would be available as well.

The location was great.

From the start, the staff was not very friendly. The walls at this hotel are falling apart. The elevators are scary and it feels like they are going to fall apart. The couch in the room we stayed at was disgusting, my daughter pull the cousins off to pull out the bed and there were some kind of bloody spots or who knows what that was. The entire couch was discolored and full of spots. The bathroom door didn't lock. When we came back to our room after shopping, the keys to the door wound not work. A cleaning lady opened the door for us, which I think was strange because we could have been someone else trying to get in the room. Eventually we got a new set of keys. We are not going back to this hotel. They need to change the furniture in that room, who knows what happened in that couch.

The TV kept re-booting. Unable to watch at all. The pull out mattress had a huge pee stain on it. They brought a ro up bed but that defeated the purpose of us paying for a suite. They allow dogs and there was a dog that barked and whined all night right next to us. Them to top it all off in the middle of me showering the water cut off. Then when I got home I noticed they charged me $146.00 and no one can seem to tell me why. I will never stay at another La Quinta Inn again. This experience has really put a bad taste in my mouth about Wyndham all together.

This was a clean, easy to get to property with very friendly staff. The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and I would stay again.
