Booking.com did not forward the changes….when I showed up with three exhausted teenagers the girl at the desk jumped through hoops to find us a room. We settled for a smoking room since we didn’t want to drive to another location. It was late!!!

The staff on the night of our stay were excellent and so were the staff the next day… keep those people!!!

It was close to the facilities I needed to visit.

Breakfast was cold two days in a row. My TV cable to the wall was broken so I could not watch TV. There wasn’t any conditioner in the shower.

The kitchen utensils was very limited. The kitchen needs a blender and frying pan.

When we arrived there was a pot hidden in the cupboard with mold, But the staff switched ours rooms and upgraded us because of it.

Very friendly staff and well equipped bedroom suites. Great location, close to highway. We always stay there when we go to Canada’s Wonderland as it’s only a few kilometers away. Nice gym, pool, hot tub and business centre.

The pull out couch mattress is not very comfortable. My kids love the hotel but they always complain about that. For the first time, the breakfast wasn’t as good as it usually is. The potatoes were cold and sausages were dry. It’s not usually like that. There was a bit of dust on my nightstand and in the toilet paper holders.

Room was excellent, comfortable and had sufficient facilities for my family of 5.

The cleanliness, politeness of the staff, and quick responses to question and requests. Pool was great!

Better breakfast and more availability of cleaning supplies in room such as more dish washing tabs, and or dish soap, and garbage bags. Dishwasher was also very loud when turned on.

Room was clean and perfect for a family of four. Location was awsome and everything was clean!

The hot tub wasnt very warm, and the pillows could have been better.

Location was great, able to drive to our destinations 15 min or less. Able to sleep 5 comfortably. Pool and exercise room was a bonus

The lobby was nice. Hotel room had stove and oven, big fridge,.

Bathroom was dingey and dark. Tub was not clean. Bed was uncomfortable. Not worth the price paid ($300/night). Requested turndown services for the second night for our wedding and the concierge refused. Breakfast was not good, not a good selection, definitely not fresh. Breakfast was only open until 10 on weekends and 9 am weekdays.
