The location was excellent. Right off the highway and close to places we were going. Easy to get in and out of. Large rooms and loved every bit of it. I'll stay there again for sure.

The room was nice and clean; beds very comfy.

The swimming pool was not clean and the jacuzzi not working. No breakfast; The bistro service is very slow. 4% city tax on top of the room price. My credit card was overcharged, the security deposit difference was not returned!!!

We didn't have a chance to try the mini restaurant but it was nice having it as an available option at site.

The pool and hottub were unfortunately, too dirty for us to enjoy later Saturday evening. This may not be the standard condition but what we experienced at the time.

The location is convenient from Pearson Airport and shopping in the area.

Unfortunately there was a power outage lasting approximately two hours in the morning of our departure. Hotel did not have a back up generator to support power in public areas and elevators.

The pool area was very cold 68 not even room temperature hot tub didn't work .. the staff had no control of the kids running halls until early morning .. staff allowing drunken. People to gather in Lobby and continue to drink 30 feet from front desk .. only have one elevator and it would take 10 minutes to go 4 floors
