No breakfast included. The staff aren't so friendly. No greetings nothing or say enjoy your stay or say thanks for staying with us. Nothing! So hopefully next time they will.be more accommodating and friendly with a smile.

Booked for 5 days and upon check in, I was asked if we need daily cleaning and we said yes. On the 2nd day I called at about 3pm asking why the room was not cleaned. I was told cleaning is scheduled every other day. The following day, I called again to request and it was cleaned however linens were not changed as my son was still sleeping, which is fine. On the 3rd day I asked the linens to be changed. I was sent the linens and was told I need to do it myself as the cleaner already left for the day. Again, on the 4th day I called to ask where the cleaner is but was told no cleaner available for the day. I was asked if I need new towels. Told the lady I need the floor to be cleaned and the trash to be collected. I was told cleaning will be done the following day and just put the trash outside the door. She insisted on me taking new towels instead and even had the audacity to ask me to come and collect the towels myself. Unbelievable!

The pool and gym facilities. It has a laundry room as well. The staff were super helpful and friendly.

I was charged twice for my room.Now it is a month and I still can't get my refund. They are very arrogant on the phone hang up on me or put me on hold but no answer.

Location, there is nothing to do on the neighborhood, restaurante in the hotel only serves breakfast and closes 13:00 nothing to do on walking distance

The room is clean. The bed were comfortable. The front desk staff were nice. The breakfast were cheap and healthy
