The breakfast was a cold breakfast: bread, juice, fruit, coffee, and tea. The room was large with a large bathroom. everything was clean. The beds were comfortable. Fridge in the room but no microwave. coffee maker which I used to make tea. Hair dryer in the bathroom.

Beds were comfortable, the staff was helpful and nice, the location is excellent

Very weird choice for an hotel to have a dancing bar at the bottom playing music all night. We could hear it from the 4th floor.

The room was clean but not thoroughly cleaned.

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Everything was good really except from room cleanliness.

Stains on the bed duvet. Mud feet stains in the washroom.

it wasn’t very clean. they didn’t have breakfast and they didn’t have a gym available (but their book said it did).

Stayed here as part of our exploration of the Saguenay Fjord. Good location with parking lot. Attractive brick hotel was welcoming and staff were friendly and professional. Convenient elevator. Room was very clean, well appointed and cozy. Boxed breakfast was delivered to our room. Staff also delivered a toothbrush and toothpaste when requested 😊 After breakfast we had a lovely waterside walk (Saguenay fjord’s starting point) in the park located across the street.

The room was large, the shower had good water pressure, and parking was free.

Staff could have been friendlier and smiled more.
