The view

The only thing that was ok was, the location on top of a small mound and you get a view of the Saguanay fjord. But way too expensive.

Very expensive for the product, very over priced because of a river view! Very small room, noisy air conditioner,mold around the shower base, furniture was outdated and seemed purchased from a garage sale. This room is a $90 to $ 100 , max. Not at $ 189. !!

Rooms were spacious and clean, front desk staff was friendly, close to the parks, electric charging station

From pictures the hotel looks to be located right on the water. We were disappointed to find out that it was across the highway and there is a big power line blocking the views. Unless you have a room on the top floor, it is a big eye sore. Also unlike the pictures, the rooms and hotel decor were very “cold” (minimal) and outdated. We did not feel very comfortable spending time here. The restaurant was good but felt it was overpriced.

Food and service was excellent. Breakfast menu variety was impressive.

The wooden structures/patio out front and flower boxes need to be replaced. Most of the chairs on the patio were broken. There is a beautiful view, but the patio is not very inviting to sit and enjoy it.

The room was comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful

The place needs a little bit of TLC.
