Not much
The property was under construction with bad noise and no restaurant. The room was old and we paid $191 for a night. We went to the airport early the next morning.

Great location, not to far from the airport.
Room very spacious.
Good breakfast.
Room very noise, impossible to sleep. There was an external vent, in front of the room, up the entire night. Room dusty.
$20 for the parking is crazy.

Travelled with family of 4. The breakfast was great! Ideal location about 10mins to LAX/rental car drop and short drive to area beaches and restaurants. Pool area was perfect after a long day exploring; it was green, with palm trees and quite large which is usually hard to find. They are also renovating the hotel in the next year or so, which will make it that much better. Highly recommend.

Everything, the staff was exceptional and the complimentary breakfasts staff and servers were excellent..
The union picketing and their noise. But I hope that by the time I go back they are done with the protests.

Great staff and good location close to airport. Easy access inn and out of hotel. Rooms were good size and clean. Good breakfast and the kids loved the pool.
Parking was a porblem. No real system for reservations and everybody could buy parking even if there were no space. Got lucky in the end, but there should be a better way of organizing this.

Close to Airport.
Room air-conditioning was very smelly in room 206.
Child pair of childs socks found in room. Not ours.
On entering the room bed looked like someone had been lying on it.
Check in was interrupted several times.
Staff moral on Wednesday 5th was terrible.
Staff Appeared tired and short.
Ordered Dinner. Burger cold n burnt.
Alfredo's with chicken. Chicken was burnt.
Chips or fries were dry and overcooked.
Very disappointing. For $220US $. It ended up in the bin/ trash can.
Industrial area trucks started reversing at 5am in the morning. Hotel right next door to train station, NOT good if you are a light sleeper.
WiFi was terrible.
Staff on 6th July let us stay in pool area until free shuttle took us to the Airport at 5pm, it was a lovely change to all our other experiences as our flight was not until 9:30pm.
Unfortunately noise wise we would not stay again.

The glasses at breakfast were not clean, the dirty glasses of those who came before us were not removed from our table during the meal. Booking. The price, which was 253 dollars including taxes, was charged as 280 dollars from com. I see this as opportunism, an behavior that does not suit Hilton.

Airport Shuttle was great! The next morning we caught the Metro at the end of the driveway to head to Long Beach for a cruise. The room was clean and comfortable.
Breakfast was expensive and took a long time.

It was nothing more than okay
It was okay. It was clean but needs updating.
The refrigeration in the Pantry was out so there was no bottled water or cold drinks.
There was no meal service on the Friday night we were there. It was a night they were supposed to be open but no explanation about that.

Don’t book a room there! They canceled our reservation on the day we were supposed to check in. I called them to get picked up at LAX by their shuttle on the night we arrived and that is when I was told they gave our room to someone else by a very unfriendly person. I was traveling alone with my 2 young kids and had to find another place to stay for the night…it was already 10pm…on a Holiday weekend. It was a terrible experience!

if you use metro you can select this hotel otherwise look for better alternatives.
terrible breakfast. you have only option to make a order from the menu of 4 choices. gram bar you have only bread available.
restarting works mainly in the morning. for dinner you do not know if it will be opened. there are no any choices for selection.
rooms are not clean - you should ask at least twice to clean you room.

I booked this hotel because the clerk I talked to on the phone assured me that they had free shuttle from the airport available at the time I arrived...11:15 pm and one from the hotel to the cruise terminal I was leaving from. When I got to the airport and ready to depart to the hotel...11:10 PM, the shuttle was. It available. Cost me $45.00 for the 3 mile trip by Lyft. And was told there was no shuttle to cruise terminal. Plus, their response was too bad, too sad and took no responsibility for their employee's lie. And, I was 3000 miles from home with no recourse other than to absorb additional cost

Location near LAX great as we were very tired arriving late in the day, yet no aircraft noise I noticed.

Easy access to airport and comfortable bed.
After a long flight the hotel did not have the restaurant open for dinner which is one of the reasons I booked was to not have to search for dinner upon arrival. Clumps of long hair on bathroom floor. Very expensive for what you get. Little Market they have was out of food to top everything off.

It is a great option to stay near of the airport. We arrived to LA by night a had a connection flight very early in the next morning, so was great; and even more because there is shuttle to the airport. And there are also options for dinner near around. We would repeat at this hotel.

the bed was comfortable, the desk staff was helpful and super nice. Great location (I've stayed here before) - near freeway, near restaurants, near supermarket.
The airport shuttle was too small, the old one (the white one) that you used to have was better.
