I liked the location it was nice. The other amenities were great for the most part.

I didn't care that you had to pay parking. The location is kind of in an area where there isn't a lot of traffic. On booking it said $20.00 a day but at the property it said $30.00 a day. That is very misleading and should be updated. The other thing is the number of charges they take out for staying there. We stayed two nights booking gave us a price of $452.18 total without parking fees and deposit. After checking out it was $839.21. They have a hold on $325.12 which will be put back, but they should tell you that before checking in.

Clean and nice pool. Laundry on site. Convenient.

Free shuttle from 6 am to 10 am. Other time you need to book ahead. If you arrive, you need to call to get the shuttle come to pick you up. There is C line you can take. Pretty convenient.

Nice breakfast selection and it started at 6:00am for travelers with early flights. Perfect, as no other hotels serve before 7:00.

Shuttle service stopped at four other hotels before reaching the hotel. When returning to the airport, we called for a taxi, as the shuttle schedule/reliability was iffy.

Man hört jeden Schritt der Gäste im Zimmer darüber und die Fenster isolieren auch nicht, man hört von draussen alles. Meine Schwester hat für dasselbe Zimmer in derselben Zeit für 2 Nächte weniger gezahlt als ich für eine Nacht

Spacious and clean. It was a room for handicapped people.

The sliding bathroom door was stuck, possibly off the track. Could only slide it after a great effort. The hotel couldn't fix it right then or move us to another room, so we left it partially open.

Breakfast was the best we've EVER had for a included breakfast at a hotel. Variety was good and it was kept clean and nice. Really loved it!

The SHUTTLE was awful. If you are coming from a LONG flight...and you are tired...DO NOT use this hotel...we waited over 45 minutes for the SHUTTLE after a 10+ hour flight. Someone else on the shuttled had waited an hour and a half. The shuttle is shared between 2 hotels...and I think they only have ONE shuttle between them. They say they run every half hour...but for evening flights...that clearly is NOT the case...we were told it would be 25 minutes then after 25 minutes we were told it would be another minutes. We contacted the hotel before we landed and asked them where we collected the shuttle from the International terminal...they couldn't tell us that we needed to go to level 2 and find the RED signs that say HOTEL and PARKING SHUTTLES...I mean really...how hard is that? So we wasted a bunch of time having to ask people where we needed to go...so not very good customer service - really. I will NEVER use this hotel again...which is a shame because the hotel itself is nice...rooms and breakfast great.

Liked the location and the size of the room.

Hotel is extremely dog friendly - even has an outdoor grassy area for you dog- with clean up station. Very much appreciated since lots of people travel with their dogs now. It was actually one of the reasons we choose this location since they do not charge a pet fee- only a clean up fee if it is needed in your room. Front desk even had doggie treats that they asked if our dog could have..

We checked in and there were no towels in our room, called front desk and they instructed me to come get them at the front desk. The air conditioner was not working in the room and was not fixed until the next day. Staff at the breakfast were not happy and therefore not helpful, semi rude.

The manager greeted us very nice and respectful
