The property was clean and the rooms looked nice.

I had asked for a bathtub , did not get one no biggie though would’ve just liked to be told. Our shower when turned to hot side would fall down and not stay warm it wouldn’t go extremely hot. Also the pillows were tiny and not what they used to be.

Good location. Good breakfast.

Keys didn’t work always

Bed was SO comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. We were stranded in Santa Clarita because our car broke down during a long road trip from Seattle to San Diego and we did not know the area whatsoever. Breakfast amazing.

Honestly, bathroom I think needed some love. There was a weird stench that wasn’t so horrible that we didn’t complain and the bath tub could have used some new caulking. Possibly just a bathroom remodel soon.

Very clean. Pool and spa worked and stayed open late. Friendly staff.

Such a nice hotel. Very clean. Nice staff. Beautiful room. It exceeded my expectations.

I had trouble maintaining the temperature in my room. The A/C continued to mysteriously turn off. Not a big deal, though.

I can’t believe this place has a single good review. Our room was absolutely disgusting and the bathroom was beyond dirty. The hotel is very run down, the pictures do not match what this place actually looks like. Our room smelled like animal urine! They didn’t even have breakfast because their kitchen was broken?? For $200 a night you could stay at a much nicer hotel.

General location was great, right next to the highway to LA/Hollywood/Beverly Hills/Universal Studios. Expect some traffic jams to LA especially in the morning; roughly 30-60 minute drive in total. Room was clean but room service is only 3x/week. Sufficient parking space. Comfortable bed and shower. Fridge available in the room.

Breakfast (from 6-10AM) varied from bad to barely acceptable. On day one of our stay, almost nothing was available at ~9AM. On the other days, more was available but still not up to our European standards, and also definitely not great compared to other hotels that we visited in the USA. To clarify this first point: breakfast in the USA in general does not match the standards of European breakfasts (way too sweet and too many calories; no normal croissants; no hard buns; limited choice in sandwich toppings). Staff was present but generally not very friendly. Room service on request or only 3x/week. Only one chair in the room so unable to sit down with two persons.

There was an issue with the original room (apparently it had flooded) so I was put into another room and given a discount. Room was clean and relatively quiet and breakfast was good.

Front counter staff was really not friendly at all as they were never cordial nor had a smile when approaching the desk. The cleaning ladies honestly were more friendly than the front desk staff.
