This property offers a prime location for travelers to Stevenson Ranch, CA. It’s conveniently located within walking distance to various chain food businesses, transportation hub spots, entertainment, etc. It has an attractive and neatly presented exterior with lots of parking spaces. Also it is surrounded by beautiful hiking hill tops, where nature is exposed at its best to visitors and is very spacious.

I made a reservation online for the last available room on that night. Upon arrival 2 hours later the manager told me that the stuff was battling the “smell” aftermath from the previous visitors and that they have done the best they could to get rid off the dog pee presence and it’s horrific aroma. I had no other choice but to accept the payment of $204 for half of the night stay in that disastrous room. I’m a very well traveled and seasoned professional and always try to make unbiased judgment and assessment to visited sites, but that was by far THE WORST STAY I have ever encountered in my 50 years. ☹️The manager didn’t accept any offers to discount that ridiculous $204 reservation fee and was simply unapproachable and non hospitable. On top of it, the room was all dusty in the corners and they have the worst and cheapest pillows and entire beddings. Very very disappointed, tired and frustrated after that stay. I feel haunted by the dog pee smell and had to orchestrate a huge laundry event to get rid off that acidly aroma.

Thursday night desk staff was very accommodating in helping us find a new room.

The morning desk staff on Thursday was not helpful. We complained about a leaking faucet and the pee smell in the room. He said he knew about it already. If he knew about it why did they put us in there. He said it would be fixed. When we got back that evening the faucet wasn't leaking, it was running. Worse than when we left. Also the smell in the room was worse also. So bad I was ready to leave. When we checked out on Monday morning he was not friendly at all. His customers service needs to definitely be worked on. We are down there quite a bit because my grand kids live there. I don't know if we will be back there.

It located perfectly off highway so made easy to get back on.

Parking is horrible. We were moving from Oregon to Arizona and just needed a place to get some good sleep. Had uhaul and literally no extra good space for it.

Large suite which included sitting room and separate bedroom. The entire hotel, meaning rooms and floors, are pet friendly. We did not hear the crying baby across the hall when inside our room.

Key cards unreliable. Needed to replace two times. Extra blankets, pillows, pen and pad. It would be nice, if possible, to have a separate indoor area to have breakfast with our pets when bad weather. It was raining and I had to bus our breakfast up to the fourth floor.
