Rooms and ambiance is good.
Kids wanted to enjoy the pool, that is why i picked this hotel; Pool was dirty and we did not use it. Front desk person did not know when was it cleaned last and she was bit rude when we were process of checking in. My room ceiling light was dirty too. I will think twice if at all happens to stay in this hotel

I booked three rooms for me, four others and a dog. The staff was very responsive and helpful. I had to have a
Fedex delivery one morning while off site and the front desk manager sent me a text as requested when the package arrived. We also asked for and received a late checkout time for all three rooms. Upon arrival, we discovered that our suite had one AC unit that that worked properly and one that did not. We reported the issue to the front desk and were immediately offered another suite, which proved unnecessary since the one working unit ultimately provided adequate cooling. After we checked out and were about 10 minutes on the road, the manager contacted me to advise that a briefcase was left in one of the rooms. The owner was able to turn around, return to the property and retrieve the briefcase. Slightly inconvenient, but not the hotel's fault. Quick action on the part of the staff saved the owner from having to deal with a stickier and perhaps more costly logistical problem. We would not hesitate to book here again if we travel to the area in the future. Thanks Hampton Windward staff!

The check in staff was welcoming, kind, answered questions, and was very accommodating. It was a late night check in after a long day. She not only welcomed me but acknowledge and spoke to my teenage son who was with me. It appeared to be a newer hotel. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were great. I felt safe while walking my dog around at a late night hour. The check in and check out process was easy and fast.

Very close to where I needed to be. Staff was friendly.
Needs an upgrade. The ceiling in the bathroom had been patched and painted. Not even close on the color. The caulking on the tub was black in areas and coming apart. Just not up to par.

Large rooms and bathroom, clean, and the staff was great
The free breakfast needs a little help, but I was thankful, room service needs offered without asking for it especially when I paid more here and at other Hamptons I paid less and didn’t have to ask for it I don’t like complaining

Close to everything
The elevation in price. Prior to the night before.The female overnight staff charge my card after she run the system for new rates. She said as long as there's money on the card it will go through. But advise me to return to make the purchase. By the time I got ready to return. She had already charged my card. More than I would have excepted.
Then there was an additional $25 charge for each night that was not returned.

Room and staff were great.
The room and the staff were great. However I booked this room on the 11th of July. On the 19th just 4 hours prior to check in I received a phone call from Hampton Inn asking me how I was able to book the room, because the hotel was full and no rooms were available. Mind you I had been driving for 4 hours and had 4 more hours of driving to do before I arrived. I made it clear that my reservation was valid and that a room better be available. I was told they didn't know what to do because they had no rooms. I continued to drive regardless. I had to drive for 4 hours worrying about whether or not a room would be available when I got there. I never received a phone call telling me that the issue had been resolved. This was and is unacceptable. So from now on I have to worry that if I booked a room with a Hilton affiliated hotel whether or not the room will actually be available because they clearly don't know how to manage their bookings!
