Conveniently located. Set back from the freeway enough so you don’t get as much road noise. Clean.

We didn’t get the room we booked because it wasn’t ready at the check-in time. In fact several people were waiting on their rooms well past check-in time. We were all comp’d breakfast because of the wait but this is the first time I’ve ever had to wait on a room past the check in time. Assuming it was a staffing issue and a rarity. We have stayed here before and didn’t have this issue.

The king size bed was amazingly comfortable. The room was very nice and clean. Location felt safe.

I wish the charge for "incidental damage" had been explained to me. It was very unclear and even when I asked for clarification, it was still unclear. Eventually, the gentleman at the desk explained it in a way I could understand. Also, there was a problem with the dead bolt lock on our room. Additionally, I wish some sort of breakfast had been included, instead of just an overpriced breakfast option to buy.

The staff was fantastic. Very pleasant and the lady allowed me to check out late. Better staff than I usually encounter at hiltons

The quality of the service was extremely poor, from the person at the front desk to the person in charge of the bar, when we asked for his help in regards to a spilled liquid his respond was "that is not my business"

No soap in the bathroom. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. Dogs barking next door. Chipped paint on doors.
