Our room had a ton of ants and they were everywhere. They ended up in my suitcase that I brought home. The front desk did not care and offered a free parking pass. DO NOT STAY HERE. Expensive place but not clean!!

Beautiful hotel, lacking in organizational customer service, very uncomfortable bed.

The hotel is beautifully decorated. The location is perfect, in the center of Old Town, Alexandria with many shops and restaurants nearby and a very short walk to the waterfront.

I called the hotel the day before our arrival. No one picked up the phone. I had booked a room with two double beds for me and my daughter. The hotel staff were nice, however they initially couldn’t find our reservation through Booking. After I showed them my reservation number and additional system research they eventually found the record but said that they didn’t have a room with two beds. They accommodated us in a room with one king size bed. Unfortunately the bed was very uncomfortable. The radiator was very loud coming on in the middle of the night. It was literally waking us up. I hesitated writing a bed review but we didn’t have a good night sleep at all. Very uncomfortable.

Relaxing and carefree, what an amazing hotel experience.

The Alexandrian is such a beautiful building, well maintained and absolutely spotless. It also smells amazing! The parking garage is conveniently located under the building, accessed by elevator. Coming and going was a breeze, since it is located in the heart of King Street.

Not a single thing. It is the perfect hotel, operated by the nicest people.

Disappointing. Poor customer care.

Good location.

We contacted the property several times with requests or questions via booking.com. Never once got a acknowledgment. We are light sleepers and wanted a quiet room away from the elevators. We got neither. So poor sleep quality. House keeping was poor, rooms were cleaned extremely late in the day and some things got forgotten. No free WI-FI in the room. Shower controls were worn out. Rooms seriously need some modernisation.

Location, it's within walking n distance to restaurants, waterfront and shops.

The hard soap was very poor quality, and it did not.latwrh well ar all. The small.liquid soap was too small, only enough for one person, one shower.
