This hotel has horrible reviews on Google. Asked for my money back way before my stay and was ignored.

The location of the hotel being close to everything

The morning staff was rude, the beds were uncomfortable, the skin in the bathroom was clogged and none of the housekeeping staff spoke English.

I walked in and said that I was there to check in she said what is the last name and I need an id not once was there a smile, a hello welcome, nothing. What kind of hospitality is this? It sounds like DEI. Please train your employees to be respectful and hospitable.

First night shower handle stuck coulnt shut off water, there was only one working elevator so there were very long waits, and the staff and carts also were sharing the same elevator!!very very inconvenient , ask for towels and gave room number, towels never came, a refund would be nice, I tried to complain about the elevator but was just told sorry, I have heart problems, I couldnt take the stairs

The staff was very professional and courteous. The room was updated and very comfortable with all the amenities needed.

Only one elevator was working and it was very slow. The facility could have been a cleaner and more up to date.

I didn't care for the fact that it was a barn door on the bathroom and not a locking door. I did not care for the placement of the mini fridge it was a little bit inconvenient. There was no bar soap.

The breakfast was good and hot, i just didn’t like how they don’t serve meat (bacon, sausage etc.) for breakfast. The breakfast area was nice and clean. Staff was amazing.

I didn’t like how guests had to wait for long periods of time to use the elevator. There are two elevators but only one was working and it took over 5 mins each time we used it. There was a man in a wheel chair who had to wait forever, it was impossible for him to take the stairs. They need to fix that elevator IMMEDIATELY.

Easy in and out of the parking lot. Comfortable stay.

The tv was on the fritz the second night.

It was very close to the Easton shopping areas. And the pool was clean and nice, kids loved it!

The pillows were AWFUL! The bathroom was not the cleanest. Looked like a flipper bought the hotel, threw some pain on the door(which was water damaged and warped) and walls to “update it” and called it a day. Room was huge but the beds were nothing luxurious or like normal hotel rooms. They were on a normal metal frame like we have at home unlike most hotels that are on a one piece stand so items can’t get pushed under the bed. Breakfast was blah! Waffles was the only good thing honestly.

This hotel was great. It was in a good location; the room was nice, large, and clean. The complimentary breakfast was amazing (SO GOOD!!). They also had full bottles of shampoo/conditioner/shower gel/hand soap/hand lotion which was a great amenity.

The only fault I had with this hotel was that they only had one working elevator while I was staying which was frustrating.

The staff were horrible. Specifically, there was a woman named Tyler, who id African American. She knows nothing about customer service. When I asked for the amenities that were empty in the bathroom, she just told me to wait until her husband answers the radio or go to Walmart to buy the things that we need. I could 't believe what I heard so I asked again, and she just said that very naturally like she saiid this to other customers so many times before. I asked "you said that i need to wait until your husband to answer your call and get the amenities to my room or I should go to Walmart to buy them? " Then she said "yes! " I paid over 200 dollars for one night and there was no shampoo and conditioner that my family needed right away after my son's tournament and we needed to join the team dinner party. After 40 minutes waiting, the staff's husband got us the items! The staff didn't even say sorry or sound sorry. She was so rude! When I wanted to talk to the manager, she said I need to wait until Monday since it is weekend, there is no manager!! I have never experience this terrible customer service at any hotels. I was soooooo disappointed at the staff service and breakfast and the slowest and squeaky elevator!! I wasted my valuable money. I will write review everywhere that I could do about this awful hotel!! We are a big fan of Columbus so we often visit, but I will never ever stay at this hotel and I will let every person that I know be aware of this place!! I can't believe this happened!!

The location was good.

We were very disappointed with this Hampton. Our bathroom was still dirty when we arrived. The air conditioner was extremely loud. In the morning at 7 there was hardly anything to eat at breakfast. We stay at Hamptons especially because we know we will get a hot breakfast. Not this time. Very sad!

The pool area was freezing, we did not get clean towels the second day, house keeping did not come in at all.

Breakfast is excellent. Scrambled eggs, sausage (link and patty) plus potatoes. in addition, yoghurt and bagels rounding out the menu. All well prepared and presented. Decaf coffee where many hotels don't provide that.

Was disappointed in a couple areas. No computer terminal and printer for guests, which is useful for boarding passes (many travelers are not comfortable with QR boarding pass on their iPhones). More particularly the toilet in my room wasn't mounted securely to the sewer pipe riser. It wouldn't have taken much to tip it over with the predictable disaster. With finesse one could use it.

Breakfast was unfortunately my only disappointment. The potatoes were overcooked and inedible. The eggs had they been fresh and not the dregs might have been ok.

The TV remote didn't have voice control which would have been a plus but no complaints, great experience!

Clean and super spacious room (handicap-accessible room). Hotel is at a good location 20 minutes from downtown attractions. Very friendly and helpful staff. They provide plenty of towels and soap etc, without needing stayover room service every day.

Expected queen beds, maybe I booked wrong, but it was not very wide for two adults. The blinds were broken and didn't open even halfway. The controls were also messed up, pressing Close opened them and pressing Open closed them.

The staff was friendly engaging and a joy to talk to. Very professional and helpful.

Worst beds I've slept in in a very long time. Tossed and turned all night back hurt in the morning. Incredibly uncomfortable.

Would have liked more fruit verity and yogurt would have also been good. The waffle mix ran out as well. The conditioner in our room ran out. The pool was cold.

The lobby area was very clean.

The first room we were in had an infestation of ants coming from the heating system. Staff was nice enough to switch us to another room. The next room had no hot water and the sink outside the bathroom clogged when you ran water.
