Location was good...Restaurants close by

Immediately smelled cat litter when I walked into my room and the smell stayed the entire stay. The TV was the size of my laptop, the bathroom was very scary with different towels and rags, baseboards in the bathroom were damaged and paint on the ground. If there were any other rooms within my location I would have left and checked in somewhere else. The hotel in general was very dirty and creepy.

Nothing it is disgustingly dirty and smelly.

there was a $200 security deposit I didn’t know about till I got to the hotel. nowhere on the website or booking did they say that was required. their computers were down so I had to check in later and they were down when I went to check out so I couldn’t get a receipt. they also gave me a room that was already occupied so I had to go back and tell them that so they could give me a different room. also my room had stains on the floor, no alarm clock, stains on the walls. A poor place to stay and poorly ran

There was nothing to like.

The rooms were disgusting and had dark brown spots that appear like blood. The carpet was not sanitary that prompted fear to take socks and shoes off. Requested towels and never received. There was no remote in the room. We had to go down to the desk to receive, as the representative advised on the phone that she was the only person there. The lack of professionalism was unacceptable. Horrible customer service. The towels was that of a newborn towels and did not look clean.

The room we were put in way dirty and the whole hotel smelled awful. The floors were dirty as well. We didn’t end up staying we went to other hotel.

Had a problem with the TV channels wasn’t able to watch my team football had to go somewhere else. Very disappointing about that. There was nothing front desk to do about it other than that everything was OK.

We were in Columbus for a concert, and the distance between hotel and the arena was fantastic. Also the hotel was right off the thruway, so it was super easy access. The front desk staff was decent.

The hotel needs a lot of updating. They didn't refresh toilet paper and tissues, so we had to go down to desk and ask for more. The bath towels were a little bigger than a hand towel, very thin and dingy. The toilet seat wasn't clean, and I'll just leave it at that. The bathroom floor was dirty like it was cleaned, but then someone walked all through it with dirty shoes. I went for a cup of coffee before we left, and the area was filthy as though it's not been cleaned for quite some time.

Breakfast area not cleaned and Breakfast was terrible. Visible dust everywhere on the surfaces of the furniture. Had to go out and purchase my own wash clothes and towels just to shower because they were all out and was told they would bring them once they are washed & dried never happened despite me complaining about it on their system text.

Upon arrival, we were not greeted. The staff was having a whole conversation about her personal life and did not engage with us. The room we were in had a strong odor. The a/c was not properly working, and the beds were hard. The breakfast was a disappointment. I expect more from a choice hotel and especially for the rate we paid per night. We will not be staying here in the future.

Fake nails in the carpet that did not belong to us. Watching of the staff at the continental breakfast blow in to the waffle maker.

O my complaint is the computer system, was taking long for computer to load but other than that everything good.

It includes breakfast, which is typical. The room itself is spacious.

No staff was available when I arrived. The facility was quite old and dirty. The furniture was old and dirty. The floor carpet needs to be replaced. The bedding was a bit wet.

Bathroom needs updates. Plastic surround in the tub was patched and looked terrible. Door wouldn’t shut on the bathroom either

It took 45 mins to get checked in. We had two rooms. One was clean the other was not. The manager upgraded our room while we went out to dinner. She gave us the keys before we left and said it would be clean when we got back. When I tried to enter the room the key would not work and there was someone else in our room. I understand this is not the managers fault as she had the front desk person MIA for over two hours and the manager had to come in from home to work. I also heard while in line to complain about someone in our room that they had cancelled a guy’s reservation after he had already paid for it.
