The room was half clean the towels was nasty and we saw roaches on the walls

Everything was great!

Neighbors coming in at 2:30 am slamming doors and letting their kids run and scream up and down the sidewalks. Very disrespectful!

I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the room, the shower & tub. Very, very clean! Great job. The beds & pillows were also very comfortable and the a/c worked really well.

It’s located on a busy street so some of the street noise can still be heard in the room but other than that it was a pleasant stay.

I actually didn't check-in. The manager at the front desk was very unprofessional. I never had such a bad experience with Red roof inn like I did.

Rooms were clean and quality bed. Was disappointed no breakfast. No vending machines.

I was charged twice and when I followed up, I was met with abrasiveness and hostility from three different staff, managers and owners. It took one month of back and forth with Booking.com and Red Roof Inn College Station to get my refund. In the end, they refunded the wrong amount, too! I'm so exhausted from the back and forth I can't go on with it any longer. I will never book through booking.com, however, nor would I stay at Red Roof Inn College Station based on both charge inconvenience and hostile service when informed something went wrong.

It was convenient to where we had to go

The lady that was working when we arrived was very rude and the smell of marijuana was horrible. Will never stay there again.

Got the jacuzzi tub room. The tub was quite nice and large. The room was relatively clean. And the heating and ac worked really well. The whole place seems to have been recently remodeled and the gentleman at the front desk was super friendly.

The room was quite small and the bed was super uncomfortable. The mini fridge was broken and it took quite a bit of force to get it open. The main door to the room was a little beat up as well and slightly difficult to open. There was no breakfast offered even if you had to pay extra for it.

The lady in the front desk was great. She had a line going but kept assuring everyone she would help us soon. Her system was acting up on her and she was trying her best to get everyone settled.

I asked for a non smoking king size room. When the front desk clerk reviewed my reservation, she said it had been changed to a 2 standard bed room. She had a king room available that said "non smoking" on the sign outside the room. But the room smelled so much like smoke. When we left the following morning, mine and my daughters clothing smelled like we had just come out of a bar. 😕

I asked for a nonsmoking and the room reeked of smoke and the room telephone wasn't working, so I had to walk over to the front office to report the smoke room and a cracked counter.
