I would never stay there again. When we arrived front desk employee was rude. Our rooms weren’t correct it was just bad

staff friendly. breakfast was good

no sound proof at all. I could hear the full conversation of the people in room 223 all night. got very little sleep the first 2 nights. on Tuesday came back to the hotel to rest and staff knocked on my door twice. the second time was to put weather stripping between connecting rooms. then it was hard to shut the door between 225 and 227.

only one elevator and was told we could not take stairs they were for emergency only.

rooms and bathrooms were very clean. breakfast crew was wonderful and that area was extremely clean also.

the front desk girl that checked us in could have been a little friendlier but everyone else was polite and helpful. Also only one elevator and was told we could not use stairwells, so we had to wait for 10 minutes for the elevator.

Proximity and convenience to places we wanted to visit as well as choice of restaurants.

When we checked into this property on Saturday (Oct. 22) the room type that I had reserved (a suite with two queen beds) was not available, and we were put into a regular room. We had booked the room specifically because it was a suite and we needed the extra space. Had we known we would have a regular room we would have booked at a different property. I ended up sleeping on the floor and had to run the Atlantic City marathon the next day having barely slept. I respectfully ask you for a refund. I am a regular customer of Booking.com and of the Hampton Inn properties. Here is a link to the picture of the room promised by Booking.com. Staff was friendly. Room was well appointed. Location was ideal even though the price was so high.

OMG! I wrote in my reservation "NO FRAGRANCE OR CARPEt POWDER - ALLERGIC!" checked into room and it was immediately clear that the staff had cleaned with a Fabuloso type floor cleaner, the scent being so strong, I got a headache. I ate takeout in the room and could "taste" the smell. It was still so strong in the morning I couldn't wait to check out. your rooms should BE clean, not smell like a cheap floor cleaner. I felt like I was sleeping in a public restroom.

I was very disappointed, that my rates where higher then my friends rates that booked directly with the Hampton in. Three different friends had rates around $150 a night. I will most likely not use booking.com in the future

We celebrated our 38th anniversary there. Very nice! Staff very kind and helpful. Gave us an upgrade to celebrate. The manager on duty, she was exceptionally kind. Very very sweet and gracious! Highly recommendable!

Everything was great!
