I did not have shampoo, toilet paper. I called the staff at front desk for towels, they never came. I had to find housekeeping myself. I thought the whole experience disappointing. Too expensive and staff seemed less interested in helping with questions. I had to figure out the TV operation. I thought with the name Hilton, I would be in a nice place, I have had better stays st Comfort Inns and will go there from now on. Only Paris Hilton gets the nice comfort

Bed was amazing, starbucks on site, great front desk team, ease of parking ramp!

Bar ran out of the wine I drink, Bartender was very gracious about it - it wasn't his fault they drank it all the night before.

I liked the location from the chi event center but that was the only positive of the stay.

The fact that you had to wait in lines for hours to get up to your room. All stairways are blocked and can only be used for emergencies. I paid for a (expensive) room to be able to get to it, not stand in lines. Should have just drove to a cheaper hotel. I could have still been in bed sooner dealing with traffic. Also the room was hot when we checked in at 3pm — turned the ac down as low as it would go… it was still hot when we returned from the concert and through the night. One of the worst hotel stays of my life.

The hotel did not have the reservations I made through booking.com. They had rooms available, but I ended up paying $30 more per room. I now have 4 room charges instead of 2. I will be requesting a refund from booking.

The facilities were adequate and the staff was very helpful.

We were there during college World Series, the music venue also the street was extremely loud until 1am, impossible to sleep. Nothing against the hotel but won’t stay there again during World Series

The walls are paper thin. There were several people talking in the hallway for several hours. It was as if they were talking at the foot of my bed. Alarm went off in the next room and the noise came through the walls as clearly as if it were my own.

the energy from staff was incredible. we went for a concert and it was so nice to be so close to the CHI center, plus after the concert the lobby had a DJ and it was a great club feel.
