Service was exceptional. Front desk staff were rock stars.

The coffee machine in the room did not work and if it did all they had for coffee was decaf.

Nothing about this hotel is a good deal

Hotel was under major renovation, it was dirty and dusty. No vending machines no ice machines. Def not a good price at $155.

The room was clean, quiet and cool. The breakfast on the weekend was great, not so great on Monday. Not a full breakfast.

I did not care for the front gal who answered the phone. We arrived a little early, I called to see if we could check in 40 minutes early. I was told "no" rooms are ready at 3. The hotel was more that half empty that evening according to parking. Also getting out of the parking lot with the horrific construction. Went to exit a back route and not a good idea with Monday rush hour.

Lisa (front desk clerk) wore her mask but didn't cover her nose. I have a photo. Kids ran screaming in the hall. Because of covid, there was no breakfast, no gym, no pool.

The front desk attendant was helpful, arranging to put me close to an elevator since I had several pieces of luggage. She also arranged a shuttle to the airport.

There was an attendant at the front desk my second morning there who was surly and rude. She was sarcastic when I asked about the elevator not working, which I thought inappropriate.

Well I personally got unlucky with the room literally furthest from the reception desk. But that's just reverse serendipity. The room had issues that the next person might have a conniption over. I made these known on my departure. I just put up with them, staying only for one night. The included b'fast was OK, but without bacon! Coffee in reception and for breakfast was atrocious (undrinkable). The in-room stuff was OK. You just have to have a car to stay here, which I did. It's old-fashioned but not bad.

I highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay there again! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, our breakfast was very good. In addition to it, there was a popcorn machine in the hallway and you can grab a pack of popcorn after a tiring journey. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

the rooms were very spacious and clean. very close to the airport with a complimentary shuttle. much appreciated, excellent breakfast selection. staff was amazing, especially Deedee at the front desk!

I really enjoyed that this property not only for the 24 hour airport shuttle but there is also breakfast! DeeDee was amazing! she helped me save $$$ on my reservation by informing me about their membership

the suite I stayed in, the headboard wasn’t securely attached to the bed anymore and constantly slaps the wall throughout the night when you move

it was actually, awful the vents were dirty, the toilet didn’t flush properly, the water wouldn’t turn off, they turned off the water during the visit, the gym equipment didn’t work, the ice machine didn’t work on our level, there actually wasn’t one. The elevator was getting stuck. the pictures showed one thing but the property looked completely different.

the room was not ready at 3 pm and had to wait 2 hrs for my room. The hotel was busy with some sports teams , they took over the lobby and there was no room for other guests , you couldn’t get in for breakfast as all the table and food was gone because of all the sports teams staying at the hotel . No housekeeping services for my three day stay , the bed was like something got from Walmart and was not comfortable . the towels in the room had brown stains on them . it just keeps going
