The breakfast was the best part! Everything you could think of was on the menu and was good.
Our room was on the lower level and was really musty / damp smelling when entering the room. There was someone’s sock on the floor near the couch when we arrived. The bathroom had no fan inside so that probably didn’t help with the musty smell. The view was the patio by the pool where everyone could look in on your room. The furniture was older/ worn down with stains on it. The air conditioning did not work well at all so it was constantly running without making the room cool enough to be comfortable. The bed was not comfortable at all.

The property is clean. The room is super nice, roomy and breakfast is phenomenal.
The room is nice and clean however the fan in the bathroom is not working, the vent in the bedroom is not blowing the air really well, making the room uncomfortably warm. I hope this issue was only in our room. I also wish they have an outdoor pool.

First of all, THANK YOU EMBASSY SUITES for the physical security you had at your hotel at night. This was the first thing we noticed as we arrived late. The front desk staff, Alexis, greeted us as soon as we walked in and made the first impression with all the helpful information about our stay. The breakfast was spot-on!! Super delicious! 👌 my kids were huge fans!! Shout out to the ladies behind the kitchen who went out of their way to make that Mickey Mouse chocolate chip pancake for my son! I won't forget you! The next time we come, we will be looking for you. You made us feel special! All the amenities we used were clean and I have no complaints. If you need a safe place to stay with a bunch of kids... my family gave it a thumbs up! We will be returning customers. Thank you for a wonderful night 🌙

The staff was excellent, very friendly, attentive and helpful.
One elevator was out of order causing long waits for the one that was usable. Our room (509) must have been near a generator or something because there was a constant loud hum all night long.

Only 1 elevator was working and it did not state this in the site in advance. I also got charged 50.00 in advance which was adjusted as we did not partake in happy hour that was not free!

The breakfast and evening reception was great. I also loved the set up the hotel. I could see the bar area and breakfast from up above.
I didn’t like seeing the cereal inside of a closet with the door wide open. Also, while I was staying the water was turned off and no one called to let us know. It came back on and I was discounted for the inconvenience which helped a lot. Thank you.

The staff was amazing and friendly.
The lobby/restaurant and bar area were freezing. People literally had to wear hats and coats to breakfast. The room was muggy and the AC kept coming on during the coldest day of the year. The water in the shower never got hot.

The Cocktail Hour was excellent. we stayed for 2 nights. The Breakfast on Monday morning was great and fresh
The Rooms had poor cleaning and Wi-Fi Connectivity was abysmal. The TV in our living room did not function. The pool needs to be heated in the evenings which was not the case. The breakfast served on Tuesday morning was horrible. Nothing was laid out and old leftover breakfast from the previous day was served to guests which should not be done at a Hilton Property.

No controls in the room for air conditioning. Room was stuffy. Refrigerator door was broken. One sheet was torn. Breakfast was mediocre. Only two elevators in the hotel and one broke down while we were there.

The layout of the room. It was smaller than expected. The breakfast was good.
The AC wasn't working in one of the rooms i booked but was immediately taken care of and fixed. Didn't like having to go thru so many dirty dishes to find a clean one to put my breakfast on! It was very noisy from the bar area and we were on the 3rd floor! I'd suggest getting a room away from that area if you want it quiet! The housekeeping could Definitely improve as much as it cost to stay here!
