The location was amazing and the views from the apt balcony were breathtaking. A third party person who let us in the apt was nice.

I stayed at the property for 23 days in July/Aug 2021. - total fraudsters, I booked 2 bed 2 bath apt whereas one day prior to my arrival I got an email that the apt I booked had water leak and I had to temporarily stay in 1 bed, den, 1 bath for first couple of days. - we did not unpack and after following up for a week, I was told that our apt need more work and we have to either live in the same apt or can move out and will get refund (no refund details shared and it was kept vague what amount to be refunded). - on my constant follow ups, I was told that the Co can offer me CAD 100 refund, no refund is processed and it is closed to one month that I checked out. No one answers text msgs now. - extremely poor quality of furnishing, many furniture items are broken and old. The kitchen utensils were in really bad shape. I put one pic of the frying pan and you can see the situation. - the ads say the property has services but we checked from the reception, short stay renters cannot use amenities of the building and those are for long lease or owners. - this is not even a one star hotel comparable property - I expected better and professional services in Canada, very disappointed

I didn't like anything.

The aprtment given to me looks nothing like the ones pictured on booking.com profile (check my photos). Stale smell in kitchen cabinets, broken window blinds, unpressed bed linen, dirty AC louvres, missing light bulbs. To add injury to insult, they charged my card for an extra 300 CAD (not agreed or indicated anywhere in the booking confirmation) in advance and today, 15 days later. I am trying to get a refund via booking.com helpline.

The property is centrally located meaning you don’t have to spend on Ubers as the shops as well as the Square One Mall are close by
