A localização é excelente!!!! Perto de tudo!!! O quarto é um pouco pequeno e o café da manhã que estava incluído na diária bem fraco.

No geral, foi satisfatório, a única observação que é de 7 dias de hospedagem, 2 não arrumaram o quarto.

Nous avons passé 5 nuits en famille et nous avons beaucoup aimé! Hyper bien place, l’hôtel a répondu à nos attentes. Nous étions au 3ème étage et on entendait un peu le ronronnement de la clim. Les chambres sont faites tous les jours, c’est très propre, les lits très confortables.

Location was central but quiet with comfy beds and a great shower.

No view on 4th floor and not enough storage for cases and clothes

I loved the restaurant downstairs. The staff were very welcoming. I did enjoy that they had an available minibar and umbrella you could purchase if it rained. I also loved the tv inside of the mirror very cool feature. They do have windows that can open to get some air as it was very stuffy inside.

My room was very small and uncomfortable to move around in. It’s a boutique hotel but the bathroom was horrible. The shower was open and water spilling on to the floor. The toilet was too close to the shower. The air was a bit stuffy inside. And no room service was available. I was in room 1401 but my sister was in 1405 and she had much more room. Hotel is located in the perfect area for all the shows and events. The Book of Mormon was right across the street I believe. Hotel is located in the heart of the theater district :)

The break fast can include a selection of chees, tomatoes, cucumbers and an option of ordering an omelet alone

Location: Perfect for visiting NYC for holidays! It’s near the metro subway, Times Square and broadway show theatres. There’re also lots of convenient stores, restaurants and shops nearby. It’s also relatively safe since there are many of people around. The only con I could think of is the noise from the streets, which I think is unavoidable anyway due to the location of the hotel being in the centre of the city. Room: We booked a deluxe king bedroom which was actually spacious. The room was very clean and modern. Loved the TV being behind the mirror! Also loved the quality of pillows and mattress which were soft and comfortable. There’s also a safety deposit box, iron with iron board and a hair dryer. They also provided hotel slippers, and toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and lotion. There’s no toothbrush and toothpaste though so don’t forget to bring your own. In case you forget, the CVS Pharmacy is just near the hotel anyway so you could easily get one. Staff: Very accommodating and lovely! They allowed us to check in early and they even gave us a free bottle of wine for our honeymoon! Special thanks to Naida, Janitza and Dee! You guys are awesome. :) Overall, very happy with our stay here! It’s a good value for the money given the quality of service, the room and the location. Would definitely recommend to friends and family visiting New York! :)

It needed a lot of updates! Very dark. The bathroom was terrible! The sink would clog just when the water ran to wash your hands. The tub was ridiculous!And the service personnel was so rude when we called for ice they yelled at us when he delivered it! Never again!

Many things! The rooms were incredibly loud with constant noise from the facilities. The walls were so full so could hear people in the room next to us The rooms were not clean with the bedding having stains on it The television did not work The plugs let out sparks

Location

When we checked in, there was 1 towel in the room. The TV did not work. The bathroom sink had started to separate from the wall, and did not drain properly. The bathroom door was mis-aligned and did not close properly ( probably due to the cracked threshold). One of the night lamps fell off and was dangling by its electrical cord.

Pulizia non troppo curata, cattivo odore in camera, abbiamo capito verso la fine guardando meglio la griglia .dello split la causa. Foto allegata Nella prenotazione avevo gradito la colazione inclusa, la colazione che ti offrono è nel ristorante sotto l'albergo, si tratta di un early breakfast, povero dì scelta monotono e di poca qualità. Ovviamente pagando puoi avere il menù completo....allora ergo non è inclusa!! Le foto della camera sono molto patinate, noi in 4 con 2 bambini abbiamo faticato a girarci dentro, fortunatamente lo scopo della vacanza non era stare in camera. Bagno piccolo, solo una dotazione di saponi iniziale poi solo cambio asciugamani. Fili penzoloni e oggetti appartenuti ai precedenti inquilini ritrovati in giro !! Foto allegata Lo staff cordiale solo al ck-out quando abbiamo pagato! Nei 4 giorni abbiamo faticato nel ricevere anche un sorriso! Il prezzo che avevo fissato nella prenotazione doveva essere il migliore...visto che avevo prenotato ad Agosto, peccato che per quei giorni l'offerta su booking era quasi il 50% in meno !!

Wonderful location! Staff and room were great! Glad we spent a little bit more for the 2 room suite for our party of 3 so we had a little more space.

Wish the elevator situation was better. There was a very large party up in the penthouse which monopolized the elevators which are fairly small and slow

They hit you with a $100 per night deposit! They overcharged my card by over £800!! They didn't tell us that tea and coffee making facilities were 'on request', we turned up at 6.02pm to check in after being held up with our transfer being late and they wouldn't even give us a glass of wine each as the wine stopped at 6pm. A bit cheeky to spend all that money and be told that to check bags in its $2 per bag.. Most people would tip more but a bit petty to ask for $2 per bag, it's only $2 but it's just petty. The rooms were pretty small and the staff weren't very informative, we booked to pay upon arrival and they charged various amounts to my card before we got there, the only decent thing really was the location. The tv never worked properly, the phone didn't work properly, and we had to ask 3 times to get our room hoovered to pick up broken glass then when it was finally done there was still glass left! We actually asked for a hoover to do it ourself and wish they had just gave us that instead. It's a shame as it was a special occasion where myself and my partner were treating my dad for his 69th birthday, and it's the only time he will be in America, myself and my partner will be back but my dad won't and I just feel this hotel was the wrong choice, they are lucky my dad was with us, as if it was myself and my partner, we would just have left that hotel and went elsewhere.

Cama confortável, café da manhã tinha o necessário. Ótima localização, tamanho do quarto bom para um casal. Forneciam água para os hóspedes.

Tamanho do banheiro, o box era minúsculo. Não tinha algumas facilidades descritas no Booking, devem atualizar as informações. Pelas fotos no Booking as áreas comuns parecem grandes, mas não são.
