Everything! the room was dirty. We had to change rooms because the bed was missing a foot and was falling down. when we changed rooms, the next room was also dirty with cigarette marks on the bathtub and there was no exhaust. The bed also started to fall so we decided to check out before we get injured.

I checked in at approx. 7pm so I understand the main office not being open but on subsequent visits it was never open. There was an advertised free breakfast from 06:30 - 09:30 and there was none to be had, not even a sack meal as during the covid pandemic. I tried calling the office 7 times and never got an answer, later that day through the night desk window I was told that because of the weather and also some sort of electrical issue that the breakfast was not available. The room was dirty, the smoke detector was found in a night stand, out side the facility a fire alarm was taped over. Just an overall unpleasant experience, safe to say I won't ever stay here again.

When I booked it...its says free breakfast but there was no breakfast available. With the price I paid it should have a free breakfast.

everything. it was dirty , the sheets , bathroom and towels and door and the people that work there was rude. I will never stay there again

how I can see dirty, and marks on the curtains the door was filthy from the inside anything that was white you could see it dirty, and the walls were not patched up. There was no smoke detector. The heater was half broken and made hella noise

the property was dirty! I’ve been trying to get a refund because me and my husband didn’t even stay! we left right away. it was dirty and there was a cockroach!!!

everything the room we had was dirty there were dirty wash clothes the bathtub had hair so did the toilet the blankets and pillow cases were not clean we had to go buy are own pillows and blankets the floor was filthy and there was water damage throughout the room and mold the flooring was lifted and very dangerous both my daughter and myself are disabled she slipped and I actually fell thank God the bed was there so all in all this was the worst motel I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve stayed in a lot I was there for a funeral we couldn’t even take a shower it was dirty and disgusting and when I spoke to the manager when checking out he acted like it was ok and it wasn’t I rate this hotel -20
