The stench in the room is just beyond this world it was like somethng died there how are they running this business? They should be audited for following regulations

there was an event and our room was close and we could hear all night n couldn’t sleep to catch our flight at 6 am ! i forgot toothpaste and they dont have any amenities! we asked for extra pillows and blankets , nope nothing either the carpets in the hallway were old and dirty the room was very tiny parking was offered as park n fly but no shuttle , seriously?? we wont be staying here again, terrible and would never recommend

It was very cold, when I asked for help at the reception, they did not help. Everyone doesn't care about you. Terrible place. I strongly do not recommend it, for this price you can find a much better hotel!

some smell in room , washroom fan not working, bed sheet and blanket not clean

The room was clean and the breakfast buffet very good ..

The table the room was pretty scratched up .. And the fact the breakfast buffet did not have turkey or chicken bacon as alot of people do not eat pork.

Location was close To airport

Room had items that did not work, Counter tops damaged in the bathroom , flooring was damaged, location of room had a view Of a ballroom . When I booked I was told I could use debit to pay for my Stay - both the website for the hotels and the booking site also stated this but when I arrived I couldn’t not pay this way, the front desk clerk was not helpful, I asked to speak with a manager and the manager would not come . When I went to check out at 0345 it appears I woke the overnight front desk clerk up as I had to ring the bell numerous times to get some help. He appeared from the office very off guard and appeared to have just woken up .

The chandeliers. The bed was comfortable.
