The hotel was quite nice and very clean. The staff was super awesome and very helpful.

The handicap parking spots were not cleared of snow making it difficult to get out of and away from the vehicle. The pillows were very lumpy.

The fan for the ac in our room started clicking in the middle of the night, scared the shit outta me. Went on all night

I look at reviews for the bed so first: Horrible bed! The queen bed was nothing but a few inches of metal springs. Found a bug in the bed. Then found what looked like a wadded up post it note with plastic attached also in the bed (trash that must have been washed with linen). The room was outdated, there was only a plug on one side of the bed against the wall, but typically I can deal with that. The a/c was terrible. The shower had very little water pressure. No complimentary toiletries in the room, they keep them at front desk. For the price of $200…NEVER again.

There was no breakfast

The bed was no bed at all but a box spring. The coils didn't allow for a comfortable nor restful night

1st room was terrible smell staff got me another room that was okay they left door to smelly room open and smell filled hallway for entire stay

The room was right next to a stairwell and it seemed all night people where stomping up and down the stairs keeping us awake. At 4am someone went down the stairs probably pulling a suitcase and it made a huge bang on every stair. This continued into daylight. It was terrible. The beds were not comfortable.

Staff person on duty was exceptional. She was pleasant, knowledgeable and a gem.
