The rooms were nasty beds curtains floors.the breakfast was not very pleasant waffles and cereal juice was watered down they need to go through it and do carpet new sheets and curtains sweep and mop floors clean the toilets.

Everything, except there was no microwave.

The staff were a little rude in the beginning, but understanding in the end.

The bathroom smell like urine in my room and it was blood stains on the wall. The tub was it clean and a lot of the plugs in the room didn’t work.

I loved the room... The bed was super comfy..

I didn't like how when taking a shower and looking up, I couldn't help but feel like the ceiling was going to come crashing down on me... And the little TV was funny looking considering it was a King bed...lol other than that things were great.

Room nice but dirty. Pool nice if you don't mind murky. Mattress was old and worn out the springs were poking me.

Furniture from all other room lined the hallway. Carpets looked like they haven’t been cleaned in moths. The room itself hadn’t been vacuumed in a long time, the fridge didn’t work, the tv was broken, the phone to call to the front desk didn’t work, we had to plug in all the lights before using them. The two worst things were that there was a security latch..but there wasn’t anything for that security latch to fasten to. The smoke detector…well, there wasn’t one. The wires had all been ripped out and exposed. I’m really quite confused how this hotel has passed any type of inspection and especially the fire department inspection. If you don’t care about yourself or your family, book this location.

The room was dirty, the pool was filthy, hot tub was out of service, gym was closed, breakfast was advertised but they didn't offer it

The location is nice around a restaurants and stores for convenience. The waterfront view area is nice as well.

The services maintenance, MANAGEMENT and staff not very professional. There were several people in the lobby complaining about the service. Roaches crawling up the wall in the room I had to kill the pests. Hot tub was not very clean. I heard people saying this facility is under new management. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!

hole in bathroom door headboard for bed is not aligned and could not access to electrical outlet toilet clogged and still clogged had to move to another room after moving into another room could not access the opening of the front door then had to move into a third room staying in the third room sounds like people were wrestling and bouncing on the third floor as i was on the second floor

The hotel was falling apart. There was no smoke detector in the room. The ceiling tiles were water damaged and cracking. The dresser was missing a leg and fell on my 5 year old. The continental breakfast was sub par. They didn't have half of the juices the waffle machine wasn't turned on or plugged in by the staff the first day and the second day it was nonexistent.

My tv and microwave did not work the whole time I was there so I had to walk to the breakfast lobby to use the microwave and I reported this and nothing was done until I went a second time and complaint and told the maintenance guy I wanted some type of refund that’s went they decided to move me to another room but it was already my last night

There were dead bugs in the beds and live ants in the window sills

I called 5 times over the course of a week to try and get reimbursed with no luck until contacting booking.com

Absolutely NASTY hotel!! I couldn't even stay there. Wasted money because the manager lied about refunding.

rude staff, no tv, limited access to linens, pool hours are incorrect. Hotel being used for porn or only fans for sex. Complained several times to staff and none of them did anything to fix the situation and did not offer discount.
