I liked the area that it was in and it was close to the areas I had to go.
The breakfast was ok. They didn't serve no bacon, sausage or meat by it self. They had a egg and potato bowl and it was dried out under the warmer. Garbage needed to be taken out and food was left on the table. So unclean and the rooms were hot. Had the air on but still hot and uncomfortable thru the nite

The bed was nice.
Shower was dirty, front desk man on first night had no customer service manners or phone etiquette. Shower had mold. Breakfast hash browns were soggy

We arrived on Sunday, and the receptionist told us breakfast was from 6 to 10. The next morning, we went for breakfast at 9:10, but there was none (Monday to Friday breakfast ends at 9 am). I explained this to the woman in the breakfast area and the receptionist, but they were too strict and didn't offer us anything. So we were left hungry.

Habitacion espaciosa, con todo lo que puedas necesitar, incluso un pequeña cocina que yo agradecí tanto! Personal muy agradable y atento. Piscina (que en los meses de calor se agradece) y gimnasio pequeñito pero completo. Varios supermercados y restaurantes muy cerquita.
En una semana han limpiado solo dos veces, hubiera preferido un día si uno no (tampoco es necesario hacerlo todos los días). Para mi la ubicacion era perfecta porque he ido por trbajo y estaba muy cerca de donde tenía que ir pero si vas a ver la ciudad quizás esta un poco alejado, aunque hay bus y una estacion de tren muy cerca que te llevan al todas partes de la ciudad.

Great location!! Good size room with kitchenette. Sofa bed with curtain divider is a plus.
Back entrance by the pool could use a ramp for wheelchair, stroller.( Couldn’t find parking near the front). Hot Breakfast is an oversells. Room could be cleaner ( carpet).

Bed was very comfortable. Everything worked fine in the room: Air conditioner, TV, etc. No issues. Kitchen was well equipped. Very nice shower.
Breakfast was not so good. Waffle was good. Everything else was artificial and tasteless. Not so good. Even the juice was artificial! The omelet was nothing more than an egg folded over with Velveeta cheese. Nasty! Breakfast sandwich was very artificial. I threw it out. Either fix the breakfast or dump it!

Estuvimos 4 noches y no hicieron el aseo en la habitación. E hicimos la solicitud en recepción y ni así la arreglaron.
El desayuno era hasta las 9 am, que es temprano si estás de vacaciones y empiezan a quitar todo desde las 8:45am.

The housekeeper doesn't come for guest staying more than one night. Need more cart haulers for people checking out on Sunday mornings!

All the staff are amazingly friendly and courteous, super helpful.
Location is amazing, parking is always available, business room with free printers - which is very nice.
The kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher but no stove top to cook.
Maintenance needs to improve.
Pool was closed for cleaning over 3 days, the elevators' inspection past December 2022
We had to move to another room because of pipes clicking during the night.

We liked the breakfast it had several varieties and the staff were friendly and helpful when we needed anything. The hotel is in a great location with food and shopping within walking distance. Everyone loved our little dog and she loved them back... awesome!
The pool was closed for cleaning and we didn't get to use it which we were looking forward too! We were on vacation and wanted to get some sun.

Initial presentation of the grounds is clean and welcoming. Location was nice, quiet, & convenient. Love the spacious Refrigerator/ freezer unit in the room.
Room was soo tight and small. The distance between the bed and dresser was only about a foot and a half. If you use the sofa bed, you have to climb over it to get by. And Only one person can fit in the bathroom at a time. Also, at the pool, the seating cushions were missing.

I liked the layout of the room. Easy access to main roads and highways, close to shopping areas and lots of restaurants. The breakfast was good as well and friendly staff. The free parking was definitely a bonus.

During the stay we really rested after longs days walking knowing the city. Very confortable and clean :)

i loved the property itself . everything was great ! view and all .
I didn’t like the fact, all fees weren’t included when i paid for my room . When we arrived & we’re checking in we were then told about a $150 deposit and i felt as if , that needed to be included when i also paid for my room .
